摘要： PURPOSE:To get a cheap feeding device with a simple constitution by providing a detector for exclusive use in each conveyor to form an independent and simple control mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Tyre chips 11 are supplemented to an input-hopper 19 by operating the third conveyor 16 through the third control device 27 and when they reach the specified quantity the third conveyor 16 is stopped. When the quantity of tyre chips 11 inside a sending-in hopper 17 of the third conveyor 16 is decreased, the second detector 23 detects this state and it forces the second conveyor 14 to operate through the second control device 24 until the quantity of the tyre chips reaches the specified quantity to supplement tyre chip and consequently the sending-in hopper 17 is filled with tyre chips ceaselessly. When the quantity of tyre chips 11 on the second conveyor 14 is decreased, the first detector 20 detects this state and forces the first conveyor 13 to operate through the first control device 21 and thereby the tyre chaps 11 are supplemented onto the second conveyor 13 uniformly until the quality thereof reaches the specified quantity and consequently the tyre chips 11 are loaded uniformly on the second conveyor 14 ceaselessly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a combustion control method of a tyre chip incinerator by a method wherein either ON or OFF signal is generated when a sensed temperature exceeds the set temperature by a control device connected to a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor control unit 8 connected to a temperature sensor 7 has a desired temperature in advance and generates ON (or OFF) signal and when it is decreased lower than the desired temperature, it generates a signal for releasing ON (or OFF) signal. An increased temperature in the furnace before the smoke is generated is detected by the temperature sensor 7, and a feeding of the tyre chip 10 is interrupted under a specified time feeding signal of a feeding damper 4 in response to a signal from the control unit 8 for the sensor 7. The fuel during its combustion in the furnace is completely ignited, and as the temperature in the furnace is decreased lower than the desired value, the feeding of fuel is restarted in response to the specified time feeding signal. Therefore, the temperature in the furnace is kept within a proper range and the generation of the smoke in the furnace is prevented and further the stable combustion is carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a heat collecting efficiency and to reduce a quantity of a combustion residue, by a method wherein dust, collected from combustion exhaust gas, and char produced as a result of pyrolysis are incinerated, and the heat is collected from the produced incineration exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:Waste is charged into a pyrolysis gasifying furnace 1, and pyrolysis gas, char, and an unburning substance are produced by a pyrolysis. Pyrolysis gas is burnt in a combustion furnace 11, the heat of combustion exhaust gas is collected by a heat collector 12, and dust, collected by a dust collector 13, is diffused through a chimney 16. Dust, collected by the dust collector 13, is guided to a mixing chamber 17. Char, produced by pyrolysis, is removed from the bottom of the pyrolysis gasifying furnace 1 and is guided to the mixing chamber 17. A mixture of dust and char is guided to a fluidized bed incinerator 19 for incineration, and incinerating gas is guided to the heat collector 12 through a device 20 to collect the heat thereof togetherwith that of combustion exhaust gas.

The raw material can be supplied continuously to the interior of the thermal decomposition furnace while cut off from the outside air in the thermal decomposition of the raw material, e.g. a hydrophobic material, and the safety can be assured even on the explosion in the furnace by intercepting the explosion in the course thereof.
