    • PURPOSE:To make disposal of terminal to be unnecessitated and to enhance productivity of a printed multilayer coil by a method wherein plural printed coils are formed continuously on a film type insulating sheet, and the insulating sheet is bent as the coil parts are to be piled up to form a multilayer coil. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed number of coil patterns are formed being connected continuously with connecting patterns 7, 8 on the flexible insulating base film 1 to form a printed coil sheet 10. The printed coil sheet 10 thereof is bent at the middle parts between respective coil patterns as the coil patterns are to be piled up to form the multilaye coil. Accordingly disposal of terminal wiring between respective coil patterns is unnecessitated, and process of manufacture is simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To enable torque ripple under rotation of a rotator such as electric motor to be measured by connecting a mounting table which rotates in one piece with the motor to a load sensor which is fixed at one end to a fixing table. CONSTITUTION:A mounting table 12 which is rotatable around a shaft 11 is mounted by way of the bearing 13 of a fixing table 10, and an electric motor 1 having an output shaft 3 is so installed that it rotates in one piece with said mounting table 12. Since a load sensor 14 is connected at one end to the table 12, and is fixed at the other end to the table 10, the force generated in the stator and rotor parts during the running of the motor to be measured outputs torque and revolution in the output shaft 3, which simultanously generates the reaction of the shaft output in the stator part, and this reaction is applied as a position displacing force to the fixed load sensor 14; therefore, if the output of the load detecting element of this load sensor is measured, the torque ripple of the motor 1 is measured.

    • PURPOSE:To detect stably the speed of a rotary material which is changed by a wide-range frequency, by utilizing an output independent of the frequency of the fundamental wave of a speed generator. CONSTITUTION:First speed generator 11 which has amplitude B changed according to the rotation speed of rotary material 10 and has an output of Bsintheta and second speed generator 12 which has amplitude A changed according to the rotation speed of rotary material 10 and has an output of Acos2theta are provided. The output of first speed generator 11 is inputted to regulator 17 and is adjusted to have amplitude B=2A and is further squared by square circuit 18, and next, both outputs are inputted to adder circuit 19. Output V of adder circuit 19 is a value shown in expression I, and DC signals proportional to the rotation speed of the rotary material can be obtained. Thus, since the output independent of the frequency of the fundamental wave of the speed generator can be obtained, the speed of the rotary material which is changed by a wide-range frequency can be detected stably.
