    • PURPOSE:To form stencil paper for thermosensitive stencil with excellent performance and sensitivity by laminating thermally plastic film of thermally plastic resin elongated with two spindles with specific crystal fusion heat on one surface of a porous support through an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a porous support, thermally plastic resin film is used Which has the DELTAHu of not more than 3cal/g. The support used is porous so that passage of printing ink is allowed, and is Japanese paper, synthetic paper or paper of mixed fibers with the basis weight of about 8 to 12g/m . If DELTAHu is 3cal/g or more, the crystallity of film becomes high and reaches a highmelting point, so that the amount of energy supplied to a thermal becomes large. In addition, the size of a perforated hole depends largely on the amount of energy supplied. For this reason, the density and resolution of print are significantly influenced by a slight change in the amount of energy supplied. If the amount of energy supplied to the thermal head as small, print with high density and resolution can be obtained, regardless of variations of applied energy, by using thermally plastic resin film with fusion energy of not more than 3cal/g.

    • PURPOSE:To form stencil paper with high performance and sensitivity for thermosensitive stencil by laminating thermally plastic films of thermally plastic resin elongated with two spindles which has a difference of 100 deg.C or more between a fusion starting temperature and a fusion ending temperature, on one surface of a porous support through an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:Films to be laminated on one surface of a porous support through an adhesive layer are thermally plastic films elongated with two spindles, and have a difference (DELTATm) of 100 deg.C or more between their fusion starting temperature and fusion ending temperature. If the support is porous so that it allows passage of ink, its quality is not particularly specified. However, for instance, Japanese paper, synthetic paper or mixed fiber paper with a basis weight of about 8 to 12g/m can be used. Printing with high density and resolution can be achieved, regardless of variations of the content of energy supplied to a thermal head, by using thermally plastic film with a difference (DELTATm) of 100 deg.C or more between its fusion starting temperature and fusion ending temperature as thermally plastic film.
