    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a silica powder discharged from a semiconductor manufacturing process by a bag filter to feed the same out of the system without closing the bag filter.
      SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus for semiconductor manufacturing waste gas is equipped with the first bag filter for collecting the silica powder contained in exhaust gas generated by the combustion treatment of waste gas discharged from the semiconductor manufacturing process, the second bag filter for sucking the silica powder falling to a lower hopper part of the first bag filter to collect the same and an induction blower for sucking the gas of the hopper part of the first bag filter through the second bag filter. The discharged gas of the induction blower is used as the backward washing gas of the first bag filter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply coal/water paste(CWP) having a stable viscosity to a combustion furnace by controlling the coal concentration of the CWP to be specific, and realize a smooth and highly efficient operation of a pressurized and fluidized bed boiler- integrated electric power generation plant.
      SOLUTION: This device for producing the CWP is equipped with a coarse crusher 6 for producing coarse powdered coal B from a raw material coal A, a pulverizing mill 8 for finely crushing the raw material coal A and feeding water for producing fine particle slurry C, and a kneading machine 19 for adding limestone E and water D into the coarse powdered coal B and fine particle slurry C and kneading, and also equipped with a thermometer 31 measuring the surface temperature of the pulverizing mill 8 or a thermometer 30 for measuring the temperature of the fine particle slurry C, a calculator 32 for estimating the amount of vaporization of water content from the pulverizing mill 8 based on the measured temperature and calculating the amount of water to be fed to the kneading machine and a controlling part 33 for controlling the amount of feeding water to the kneading machine based on the calculated value. By the device, it is possible to feed the CWP having the stable viscosity and to contribute to the smooth operation and improvement of performance of a combustion furnace.
