    • PURPOSE: To unitize and miniaturize the titled device and to facilitate inspection and repairing by constituting the tubular body lifting device of a tubular body placing stand board, stand board lifting arms and guiding supports of the stand board.
      CONSTITUTION: The stand board 10 on which the tubular body is placed is lifted along supports 11a, 11b, 11c keeping the horizontal state. Guide rollers 13 are attached to guide members 12 attached to the stand board 10 and moved along supports 11aW11c. Out of arms 14, 15 that lift the stand board 10, the arm 14 is fitted with a hydraulic cylinder 16. Arms 14 and 15 are connected with a link rod 17, and driving force of the cylinder 16 is transmitted to the arm 15 through the rod 17. At this time, a compression coil spring 21 is attached to the arm 15 to lessen stress of the rod 17 and to smoothen the ascent and descent of the stand board 10. The whole device including a supporting beam 18 and a reinforcing material 19 is unitized and attached to the bottom of the storing groove of a tubular body storing and supplying device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container for storing waste which has a gas valve for injecting and sealing an inactive gas after storing the waste and causes no leak of the gas in the welding of a seal at an inlet of the gas valve.
      SOLUTION: The storage container 1 for storing the waste is made by placing the gas valve 3 in an upper lid 2 of the storage container 1. The gas valve 3 has two upper and lower chambers 4 and 5. In the upper chamber 4, a bar-shaped valve 8 pressed against a through hole 12a formed in an upper plate 12 of the chamber 4 by a spring 7 is placed. In the lower chamber 5, a spherical valve 10 pressed against a through hole 14a formed in an intermediate plate 14 dividing the upper and lower chambers 4 and 5 by a spring 9 is placed. Moreover, the gas valve 3 is constituted by forming a gap (g) between a protrusion 8d at the lower end of the bar-shaped valve 8 and the spherical valve 10. When a gas is injected, the gas valve 3 is opened by allowing the protrusion 8d of the bar-shaped valve 8 to push down the spherical valve 10. In the welding of the seal, each of the valves 10 is closed with the gap (g) by being pushed up with the springs 7 and 9.

An adjusting rod 27 for adjusting the flow velocity of a gas flow is arranged in parallel with the shield gas jetting pipe 25 and the arc forming electrode 4 in the vicinity of the gas jetting port opened on the arc forming electrode 4 side. If there is the adjusting rod 27, a shield gas flow is formed toward in the weld line direction from the lateral direction of the arc.       SOLUTION: The method for hot wire welding comprises the steps of: supplying a voltage from a power source between a base material 3 and an adding wire 6; and welding while controlling a heating power of the wire 6 according to the resistance measured value of the wire 6. A method for setting the target value of the wire resistance value has the steps of generating a fusing phenomenon by raising the heating power at the welding starting time, detecting the phenomenon by a touch detecting means 17, and setting the resistance value of the wire 6 immediately before fusing measured by a wire resistance measuring means 18 as a target. When the welding conditions are changed during welding, the heating power is raised, the fusing is generated, the fusing is detected by the means 17, the resistance value of the wire 6 immediately before the fusing is measured by the means 18 and registered as a new target value, and the target value of the wire resistance value can be changed.
