    • PURPOSE:To enhance grinding capacity and to inhibit vibration by providing a projected body to the top end part of the outer circumference of the groove face of a grinding rice so that the depth of the grinding race is regulated to the relation of a specified rate for the diameter of a grinding roller. CONSTITUTION:A grinding table 3 is rotated in the horizontal face of the inside of a vertical cylindrical mill housing 11. Further a grinding race 18 having a groove face formed of a circular arc-like cross section is provided on the upper surface of the table 3 along the outer circumference thereof. Prescribed pressure is exerted on a plurality of grinding rollers 4 which are touchingly provided to the groove face of this grinding race 18 and have a circular arc-like cross section by the pressure devices 5-10. Furthermore a raw material to be ground is supplied on the table 3 through a raw material feed pipe 2 and also produced fine powder is discharged through a device 24. A projected body 19 is provided to the top end part of the outer circumference of the groove face of the grinding race 18 so that the depth of the race 18 is regulated to 0.2 times or more and to 0.4 times or below of the diameter of the roller 4. As a result, grinding capacity can be enhanced and vibration can be inhibited.

CONSTITUTION:Both a pulverizing part consisting of a table 3, a rail 5 and rollers 12 and a device for pneumatically transporting pulverized material by hot air 10 to a rotary classifier 25 provided to the upper part of a housing are provided to the lower part of the inside of the housing 11. Further both a raw material feeder (center chute 2) of material to be pulverized and the rotary classifier 25 having a plurality of blades 17 for classifying the raw material into fine powder and coarse powder are provided to the upper part. In this constitution, a plurality of internal blades 19 are provided to the wall surface of the outer circumference of the rotary classifier 25 while keeping the intervals toward the center axis of the mill. Thereby the group of coarse grains removed by centrifugal force of the rotary classifier 25 are received by collision against these blades 19, are fallen again to the pulverizing part and are recirculated.

As a result, the inflow of transport air toward the center of rotation of the pulverizing table 4 is prevented and the generation of the stagnation bed of pulverized particles in the fluidized bed above a slot 12 is prevented and, since the concn. of the pulverized particles is reduced and uniformized, the difference pressure of a particle bed and total pressure loss above the slot are reduced and the operating power cost of a blower can be conserved to a large extent.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the pulverizing efficiency of a pulverizing part and to reduce the pressure loss in a housing by providing an appropriately inclined partition plate between rollers adjacent to each other and setting a slot to an appropriate opening. CONSTITUTION:In order to introduce the substance to be pulverized on a pulverizing table 4 on a roller biting side, a partition plate 20 having a surface for shielding the side surfaces of rollers 4 and inclined in the transfer direction of the pulverizing table 4 is provided between the mutually adjacent rollers. Further, a slot 5 is constituted so as not be opened at least to the region from the connection part of the partition plate 20 and the inner surface of a housing to the position just close to the roller biting side in the rotary direction of the pulverizing table 4. As a result, the pulverizing efficiency of a pulverizing part can be enhanced and pulverized particles after pulverization are efficiently transported to eliminate the stagnation in the lower part of a classifying part and the pressure loss in the housing is minimized and the power of the pulverizer can be reduced.

The spaces between inside surface of the wall and the outer peripheral surface of the pulverizing section B and the outer peripheral surface of a classifying section A are formed as air flow passages for transfer of the pulverized grains in a casing section 29. The circumference of the ring 17 is provided with the skirt-like baffle plate 50 directed toward the ring 29. Consequently, the reduction of the mill differential pressure is made possible.

    • PURPOSE: To save the driving power of a force draft fan by disposing a conical plate having a funnel-shaped slope bored with plural pieces of circumferential holes and a central hole between a rotary type classifying machine and pulverizing rollers and disposing a wall plate between the pulverizing rollers and a casing. CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical casing 1 is internally provided with the classifying machine 8 which rotates around a first perpendicular shaft, a turn table 2 which rotates around a second perpendicular shaft below the classifying machine 8 and the plural pulverizing rollers 3 which roll on the table 2. The conical plate 11 having a downward grade heading toward the center is disposed in the space partitioning the classifying machine 8 and the pulverizing rollers 3. The bottom of the conical plate 11 is provided with the central hole 20 and is provided with the circumferential holes 12 with plural weirs 13 around the central hole 20. The outer side of the pulverizing rollers 3 is provided with a wall plate 17 overhanging from the casing 1 and the spacing between the wall plate 17 and the pulverizing rollers 3 is made adjustable. Consequently, the differential pressure of the mill is reduced and a contribution may be made to the saving of the driving power of the forced draft fan.
