    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus having such a configuration that aggregates of a toner present in a floating state on a developer upper surface can be efficiently disintegrated to prevent occurrence of an abnormal image and that pumping failure of the developer is prevented and a supplied toner can be stirred and mixed over the whole conveyance region of the developer.SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a developing tank 43Y which has a space segmented into a developer supply part 43Y1 for supplying a two-component developer to a developer carrier and a developer recovery part 43Y2 for recovering the developer from the developer carrier and which includes conveyance screws 46Y, 47Y capable of revolving in opposite directions to each other disposed in the respective segmented spaces; a fin 500 provided between screw blades of the conveyance screw 47Y disposed in the developer recovery part 43Y2; and a magnetic body 501 disposed on the developer tank side, opposing to the fin 500. The fin 500 is formed into such a shape that the film is extended outward from a shaft circumference surface in a radial direction of the screw and that at least a position where the fin goes away from the shaft circumference surface is continuous to the screw blade.
