    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actinic radiation curable composition having a low viscosity and useful for forming a cured product having a high refractive index and excellent adhesiveness to a substrate. SOLUTION: The actinic radiation curable composition includes a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) is a urethane (meth)acrylate compound expressed by formula (1) and/or (2), and the component (B) is a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound expressed by formula (3) and/or (4). In formula (1), R 1 and R 2 are each H or methyl; R 3 and R 4 are each a 1-3C hydrocarbon group; X is Cl, Br or I; a and b are each the same or a different integer of 0-4; and Y is O or S. In formula (2), R 5 and R 6 are each H or methyl; R 7 and R 8 are each a 1-3C hydrocarbon group; Z is Cl, Br or I; c is an integer of 0-4; and W is O or S.
