Besides, the tip 35a of the protruded section 35 slides the outer surface of the rear shell 11 corresponding to the oscillation of the input member 20.

The concave portion 20 has a diameter of several mu and a depth of several tens of mu, and lubricating oil is accumulated in the concave portions 20.
