    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double container comprising an inner container main body and an outer container main body, which is hardly deformed even if it is heated in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: A skirt part 13 is hung down from the upper end of the peripheral wall 12 of an inner container main body 10 at a gap from the peripheral wall 12, a first collar part 14 is provided on the outer periphery of the lower end of the skirt part 13, and a second collar part 24 corresponding to the first collar part 14 is provided on the outer periphery of the upper end of the peripheral wall 22 of an outer container main body 20. Rims 15, 25 provided on the outer peripheries of the first and second collar parts 14, 24 are engaged with each other to form a designated gap between the bottom wall 11 and the peripheral wall 12 of the inner container main body 10 and between the bottom wall 21 and the peripheral wall 22 of the outer container main body 20, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitting force of an out-fitting container by making an indination angle of a container body and a skirt of a lid with respect to a vertical line specific and by beveling a corner between a flange of the container body and the skirt. SOLUTION: A taper angle α of skirts 15, 25 is made to be 11 to 18 deg.. This is because the larger an inclination angle α of the skirts 15, 25 which are in pressure contact with each other with respect to a vertical line at the time of fitting, the larger fitting force. However, if the taper angle α is made larger, it is difficult to release a mold at the time of molding, and attachment/removal of a lid 20 cannot be easily done. Therefore, a corner of the mold corresponding to a flange 13 of the mold and the skirt 15 is beveled. Since beveling of the mold appears a bevel 14 on a container body 10 as a product, when the lid 20 is to be fitted to the container body 10, the bevel 14 becomes a guide slope for pressure-fitting the skirt 25 into the skirt 15 of the container body 10, thereby enabling easy and smooth fitting.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the attaching of a stapler, an adhesive tape or a rubber band, etc., and improve the efficiency of a packaging work, and also, improve the appearance of a packaged state by a method wherein the packaging work is performed in such a manner that an article to be packaged such as a pack case is fitted in a ring-form packaging material held in an opened state. SOLUTION: Ring-form resin sheets S to be fitted on articles to be packaged are housed in a rack 2 under a stacked state, and are picked up sheet by sheet by a taking-out means 10 equipped with an accompanying carrying preventive means, and is delivered to a setting means 12 and transferred to a setting position 11. At the setting position 11, the resin sheet S which is mounted on a base plate 23, is drawn and opened by top and bottom suction cups 25, 24 of an opening means 13. A shutter 35 is opened by interlocking with this motion, and the article to be packaged is fitted in the ring of the resin sheet S which is held under the opened state. Then, only the resin sheet S is instantly heated and shrunk by a heating device which is properly arranged, and a firmly seamed packaged article is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shape retention and strength of a paper container, by providing a recessed string extending over a full length of a beam in the paper container comprising a bottom wall and a side wall integrally molded and the bead provided along an outer periphery of an opening. SOLUTION: A paper container 10 comprises a bottom wall 11 and a side wall 12 integrally formed and bent from its peripheral rim, while a bead 14 is provided along a peripheral rim of a flange 13 provided along an outer periphery of an upper end opening of the side wall 12. In addition, ribs 12a, 12b for absorbing and shaping wrinkles at the time of molding are radially provided on the side wall 12, wherein the rib 12a is extended from the flange 13 to the vicinity of the bottom wall 11, while the rib 12b is shorter than 12a and terminated in the middle of the side wall 12. A recessed string 14a is formed over a full length in a lengthwise direction on the bead 14, while an emboss 15 protruding out of the container 10 is provided over a bent part where the bottom wall 11 and the side wall 12 are connected, and an emboss 16 protruding inward in the container 10 is provided on a bent part between the flange 13 and the side wall 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shape retention and strength of a paper container, by forming an uneven part along an entire periphery of at least one of bent corners between a side wall and a bottom wall and between the side wall and a flange, in the paper container comprising the bottom wall and the side wall, which are integrally formed, and a bead provided along a peripheral rim of the flange of an outer periphery of an opening. SOLUTION: A paper container 10 comprises a bottom wall 11 and a side wall 12 integrally formed and bent from its peripheral rim, while a bead 14 is provided along a peripheral rim of a flange 13 formed along an outer periphery of an upper end opening of the side wall 12. In addition, rids 12a, 12b for absorbing and shaping wrinkles at the time of molding are radially provided on the side wall 12, wherein the rib 12a is extended from the flange 13 to the vicinity of the bottom wall 11, while the rib 12b is terminated in the middle of the side wall 12. An emboss 15 protruding out of the container 10 is provided over a bent part where the bottom wall 11 and the side wall 12 are connected, while an emboss 16 protruding inward in the container 10 is provided on a bent part between the flange 13 and the side wall 12, and further a recessed string 14a is formed over a full length in a lengthwise direction of the bead 14.
