    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very easily perform verandah repair work without using a large- scale scaffold nor being limited by the date and hours of the work. SOLUTION: A fixed leg part 3 is fixed via a partition P to the fence S of a verandah B of a building A and a bridge part 4 is installed on the fixed leg part 3. A fence part 5 is erected on the bridge part 4 to install a verandah bridge 1. An installation ladder is installed between the verandah bridge 1 and the verandah B of an upper story and moved to the upper story; the installation ladder is then removed and a verandah bridge 1A having a plate part 23 openably and closably provided thereon is installed on the fence S of the verandah B of the upper story via a partition P. A climbing ladder 2 is engaged with the verandah bridge 1A of the upper story so that workers can move between the upper and lower verandah bridges 1, 1A by way of the climbing ladder 2. The workers perform repair work on each verandah B while moving to the verandah B of each story by way of the verandah bridges 1, 1A and the climbing ladder 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerating device capable of being miniaturized because the light collecting factor of a solar battery is high and the occupying area is small. SOLUTION: This deaerating device is erected from the upper face of a substrate 1 and automatically discharges the steam and/or gas (g) generated from a ventilation space 3 formed between the substrate 1 and a waterproof sheet 2 into the atmospheric air. The deaerating device is provided with a pedestal 11 fitted to the substrate 1, a deaerating device body 12 of a casing guiding the steam and/or gas (g) generated from the ventilation space 3 erected from the pedestal 11 upward and discharging it into the atmospheric air from an apex 12a, and a fan 13 arranged at the apex 12a of the deaerating device body 12 for discharging the steam and/or gas (g) generated from the ventilation space 3 into the atmospheric air. A slope 12c from the apex 12a to one side face 12b is formed on the deaerating device body 12, and a solar battery 15 for operating the fan 13 is provided on the slope 12c.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent paint from being scattered to surroundings even in spray painting under conditions where it is easily affected by atmospheric movement such as the open air and also to increase the adhesive effect of paint to a material to be coated and furthermore to maintain the working efficiency of the spray painting well. SOLUTION: In this painting method, paint particles are discharged from a spray painting gun 4 arranged opposite to a material to be coated to stick them on the material to be coated. Around the spray painting gun 4, three or more electrodes 6 each for generating an electric field which are supported by an arm member 8 and are opposite to the material to be coated are arranged. Electric fields are generated between the electrodes 6 and the material to be coated so that they may surround a paint discharge region 4a from the spray painting gun 4, and paint particles discharged from the spray painting gun 4 and coming into the electric fields 6a without directly sticking on the material to be coated are charged and attracted on the material to be coated. The electrodes 6 can be rotated around a central axis A of the spray painting gun 4 and the paint discharge region 4a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a waterproofing layer at a position corresponding to an existing joint part, so as to resist stress generated due to expansion and contraction in the course of the behavior of a substrate resulting from a thermal factor. SOLUTION: This waterproof treatment method for a floor slab 1 forms the waterproofing layer of a composite coated film made of the combination of a polymeric composition coat layer 3 and a fiber reinforced thermo-setting resin layer 4, on the whole area of a substrate having an expansion joint 2. In this case, a fiber reinforced thermo-setting resin structure 5 formed out of a stack of reinforcements 5a and 5b having the prescribed strength is laid between the polymeric composition coat layer 3 and the fiber reinforced thermo-setting resin layer 4, so as to cover the existing joint 2 and bridge floor slabs 1 at both sides, thereby preventing the collapse of a waterproofing function near the expansion joint 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an execution of works by fixing sheet-like surface preparation material on the surface to be worked In a spotted manner, spraying liquid resin on the sheet-like surface preparation material, and thereby forming a fiber reinforced plastics. layer Integrated with the surface to be worked. SOLUTION: On the executed surface of a foundation 1 such as concrete, a sheet-like surface preparation material 2 with resin impregnation properties consisting of nonwoven fabric and cloth is overspread, and then secured in a spotted manner to the foundation by means of fixing means such as anchor pins. Next, on the surface preparation material 2, liquid resin such as unsaturated polyester is sprayed to be gradually impregnated in the surface preparation material 2, thereby forming a fiber reinforced plastics layer integrated with the foundation 1. Following this, a moisture resistive sheet of a polyethylene sheet is laminated on the surface preparation material 2. By the construction like this, even if unevenness, cracks, and efflorescence exist, water-proofing works can be done readily.
