    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid application system capable of feeding a liquid such as a liquid resin coating, a waterproof agent and a loading material under pressure easily depending on particularly miniaturization of a pressure feeding pump and a type of the liquids of the first liquid, the second liquid, the third liquid and the like in the liquid application system in which an application is conducted by feeding the liquids mentioned above under pressure to the subject application position via a pressure feeding line for performing a spray or injection application. SOLUTION: The liquid application system is provided with a pressure pump 14 having the same number of pressure feeding cylinders 14a, 14b as the pressure feeding line arranged, wherein the pressure feeding cylinders continuously sucks a liquid from a vessel by a reciprocating motion of a piston 19 and performs a pressure feeding to a pressure feeding line. The liquid application system is easily coped with a type of the liquids of the first liquid, the second liquid and the third liquid by altering the installation number of the pressure feeding cylinders at the pressure feeding pump 14, as desired.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain long-period stable continuation of a seal function in a plunger pump part and eliminate a pulsation feed generated, when a piston is advanced/retracted, in a parallel feed pump device mounted in a two-liquid mixed feed line simultaneously feeding, two liquids by prescribed ratio feed supplied from a mixed supply part in a line end. SOLUTION: A two-liquid parallel feed pump device 1 comprises a lateral one series integral single cylinder unit 10 of three-room divided structure by arranging A-agent/B-agent plunger pump parts 2, 3 in series on both sides of hydraulic drive part 4, internally provides a single piston rod 6 having a piston 5 respectively in the three rooms inside this cylinder unit 10, provides a lubricant pool part 16 wrapping the outer periphery of the piston rod 6 penetrating a partition 9 dividing the three rooms, and has a piston rod form and a feed agent pipe constitution where the A/B-agent plunger pump parts 2, 3 transfer pools 1/2 extrusion amount by advancing of the piston 5 in the respective piston rear room 13 to feed the rest of 1/2 to a mixed supply part 24.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing ratio detector which can prevent the occurrence of an improper painting work by accurately detecting the properness/improperness of the mixing ratio of mixed paint, etc., prepared by mixing two liquids A and B together, when the device is attached to a two-liquid mixing and pumping line which is provided to supply the mixed paint, etc., for painting work, etc., performed at a building or a constructing site. SOLUTION: A mixing ratio detecting device 10 which is installed to a double-liquid mixing and a pumping line 1 immediately before a mixing and sending gun 9 at the terminal of the line 1 is provided with a mixing ratio detecting mechanism 18, which is composed of a single cylinder 11 that incorporates a piston 12 and thrusts out piston rods 13A and 13B leftwards and rightwards and has a liquid A pool path section 14 and a liquid B pool path section 15 on both sides of the piston 12, respectively. Piston rod-side detectors 16 at the front ends of the piston rods 13A and 13B, and detecting sections 17 which are fixed to the operating zones of the detectors 16 and have normal zones A, abnormal approaching zones B, and abnormal points C. The piston 12 keeps a neutral balanced attitude, when the liquids A and B are maintained at a prescribed pressure ratio, but, when the pressure ratio becomes abnormal, moves to actuate the detecting mechanism 18 so as to issue an alarm and stop the line 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alteration of the mixing ratio of a liquid mixing and spraying apparatus attributed to a trouble that the discharge amount and discharge ratio controlled based on the rotation speed of a fixed displacement pump are distributed by the external disturbance hard to be measured to prevent defective curing owing to inferior mixing. SOLUTION: A control apparatus C is installed which is capable of detecting the discharge ration which is disturbed by pressure alteration caused by the external disturbance in some points of long distance hoses Ha2 and Hb2 and correcting the discharge ratio. That is, pressure sensors S1 and S2 for measuring the respective pressure values of a liquid A and a liquid B are installed immediately before an atomizer N, and a flow rate adjustment valve F for controlling the pressure of the B liquid on the basis of the pressure of the liquid A is installed immediately before the pressure sensor S2 and a correction control circuit to keep the flow-in pressure to the atomizer N so as to keep the flow rate ratio prescribed between the liquid A and the liquid B is installed in the control apparatus C.
