    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch a safety rope on the locking parts of respective safety rope supporting stanchions, after bridging the safety rope once to another side end from one side end of a latice jib. SOLUTION: Locking parts, composed of a first and second hooking parts 22a and 22b, are formed on the main body head part of a stanchion 21. The tip parts of a first and second hooking parts 22a and 22b are opened respectively to the right side of a figure and the left side which is an opposite side of the hooking part 22a; and a wheel 22d is formed between these hooking parts 22a and 22b seeing from the side part. A nylon rope 16 is bent along the extending directions of the respective hooking parts 22a and 22b to be passed between the roots of the respective hooking parts 22a and 22b. The successive stretching of the nylon rope 16 makes the rope 16 be passed into the portion of the wheel 22d from the opened portions of the respective hooking parts 22a and 22b to be hooked to the locking parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin coupling device of construction machine with which the size is put within the limit value of vehicle width to enable running on a public road without requiring disassembly of the pin coupling device after separation of a body frame. SOLUTION: A lug 5 on one frame is overlapped on a lug 6 on another frame so that a pin case is fastened. The first detention part 16 and second detention part 26 are furnished on the rib 13 of the pin case. At execution of works, a bracket of a hydraulic cylinder 7 is secured to the first detention part 16, and a rod is elongated so that a coupling pin 8 is allowed to penetrate the two lug holes 5a and 6a, and thereby two lugs are put in pin coupled condition. When machine body is transported, the rod is contracted and the coupling pin 8 is drawn off from lug hole 6a, and after separation of two frames, the rod is elongated so that the pin 8 is allowed to penetrate the lug hole 5a, and an end plate 20 is fastened. In this condition, the bracket of the hydraulic cylinder 7 is set off from the first detention part 16, and the rod is contracted, and the bracket is secured to the second detention part 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the direction of materials simply and quickly so as to improve workability, when materials such as slab is to be attracted by a lifting magnet and unloaded in sequence into a state of forming a line. SOLUTION: A bracket 14 of a lifting magnet 10 is connected to the extreme end part of an arm 5. A rotation device 16 is provided between a magnet part 15 attracting materials and the bracket 14. In this rotation device 16, a ring gear 18 is carvedly provided on the inner circumference of a ball race 17 fitted to the underside of the bracket 14, the underside of the ring gear 18 is fixedly secured on the upper face side of the magnet part 15, and the pinion gear 20 of a motor 19 fitted to the bracket 14 is engaged with the ring gear 18. By driving the motor 19, the pinion gear 20 rotates, the ring gear 18 rotates along the circumference of the ball race 17, and the magnet part 15 rotates together with the ring gear 18. Consequently, under the condition of fixing the direction of the boom, the direction of the materials attracted to the magnet part 15 can be changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the rod side pressure sensor of a boom cylinder and reduce the cost by forming a measuring means obtaining the weight of a suspended load with an arithmetic means calculating the weight of the suspended load from the detected value of the bottom side oil pressure of the boom cylinder and the measured values of the rotation angles of an arm and a boom. SOLUTION: When a selecting switch is selected to the crane side and a selector switch 13 is turned on, a selector valve 12 is excited, and a bucket directional control valve 13 is locked on the closure side. When an operation lever is operated to the boom ascent side, pressure oil flows from the ascent side port 5a of a boom remote control valve 5, and a boom direction selector valve 4 is switched to the ascent side. Pressure oil is fed to a boom cylinder 10 from a hydraulic pump 2a via the boom directional control valve 4 and a quick drop preventing circuit 8. Detection signals of a pressure sensor 33 detecting the bottom side hydraulic pressure of the boom cylinder 10 and sensors measuring the rotation angles of an arm and a boom are inputted to an arithmetic device, and the weight of a suspended load is calculated from both data.
