摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the sensibility of the measuring system to measure the gas concentration accurately even in a low-temperature and low-concentration region, by supplying and mixing a fixed flow rate of the same gas as the gas to be measured before the viscosity detector when the volume concentration of the gas to be measured in the mixed gas of >=2 kinds of gas is measured. CONSTITUTION:The sample mixed gas in sample tube 1 is sucked to cylinder 4 through viscosity detector 2 consisting of a laminar flow meter and cross valve 3. Piston 6 of cylinder 4 is connected to mover 9 on screw shaft 8 rotated by synchronous motor 7 and is pulled out in a constant speed by rotation of shaft 8 to suck the sample. Thus, pressure drop DELTAp of the sample, which is flowed at a fixed flow rate, in detector 2 is measured to measure the volume concentration of the gas to be measured in the sample. At this time, a fixed flow rate of the same gas as the gas to be measured is supplied and mixed through critical nozzle 11 from gas vessel 10 before detector 2. The concentration of gas componets to be measured is raised in this manne to prevent the sensibility of detector 2 from being lowered considerably. The added gas concentration is subtracted to obtain the gas concentration in the sample with a high precision.
