摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum load control system for compressors, permitting the use at a high pressure ratio by controlling the loads of stages in the axial direction to be averaged and flattened. SOLUTION: The pressures of the stages of compressors are measured by using wall pressure sensors 1-8 and input to a computer 10 via an amplifier 9. The computer 10 selects the stage having the highest load from these signals and controls the stagger angle of a stationary vane upstream of this stage to be larger (closed) via an actuator 11. Therefore, the load of the selected stage is lowered. With the repetition of the operation in sequence, the loads of the stages in the axial direction can be flattened. The computer raises a pressure ratio in the range of not exceeding a preset estimated limiting value and flattens load distribution in the axial direction, permitting the use at a high pressure ratio.

This compressor AC is connected with each of compressor stationary blades CS2-CS5 and supported by variable rings 42R-45R which rotate around the main shaft 17 and also supported by the compressor casing 3 allowing both expansion and shrinkage along the diameter of main shaft 17. This compressor is also equipped with the supporting ring 50 which supports each of variable rings 42R-45R by rotating flexibly.

A discriminating means 18 judges that the state where the moving average value ηrm is less than an allowable value ηo is continued in a predetermined calculation frequency of the moving average value ηrm, and leads to an output showing that the compressor 3 is contaminated with dust.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find out a stalling predicting spike by jetting trace amount of jet in the vicinity of a tip end part of a moving blade at all times during operation of a compressor having the moving blade. SOLUTION: During an operation of a compressor, trace amounts of jet J is injected from an injection nozzle N to a tip end part of a moving blade 10, and thereby, the growth of stalling region generated on the tip end part of the moving blade 10 is suppressed. In this time, a stalling predicting signal and the like are detected by a detecting means S. As a result, the rate of the jet J injected from the injection nozzle N is set by control means so as to enlarge the stalling margin for a trace rate. When the stalling margin is reduced, the flow rate of the jet J is increased by the control means. On the other hand, when the stalling margin is increased, the flow rate of the jet J is reduced, the rate is set to a jet flow rate at the necessary minimum limit, and thereby, the reduction of a compressed efficiency is suppressed. In this time, the flow rate of the jet J is set to the flow rate of m1=0.2% to 0.7% of a mass flow rate ratio with respect to total flow rate of the compressor.
