摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an easy mounting of a shutter and a smooth and reliable operation. SOLUTION: A cover 14 that forms a lift way of buckets 10 having a rectangular shape in plane view is arranged inside of a soil supply hopper. The cover 14 consists of a front board 15 and left and right side boards 16. A flow-in mouth 17 through which soil flow into the lift way is formed at the bottom of the cover 14 by cutting off a part of the front board 15. The side boards 16 at the left and right sides of the flow-in mouth 17 are bent forward with a designated width kept to thereby form a pair of attachment parts 18. A designated clearance is maintained between the inside surface of the attachment parts 18 and the outside surface of the front board 15, and left and right sides of a shutter 20 formed from a plate with an operation handle 21 attached at the left-right center are fit into the clearance. A longitudinal oblong hole 22 is formed on the left and right attachment parts 18 and a bolt 23 is inserted through the hole 22 and fixed on to the shutter 20.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simplify and miniaturize the structure of a powdery and granular material feeding device, to prevent the device from being enlarged in total height, and to make the device advantageous in installation space and facility cost by forming the powdery and granular material feeding device as a sealed system without providing a special joint such as an expansion joint at a junction between a pressure case and a powdery and granular material feed section and a junction between the pressure case and a feed object section, and providing a transporting means in the pressure case. SOLUTION: A powdery and granular material is stored in the hopper 4 of a powdery and granular material feed section 2, and a delivery section 3 is provided with a pressure case 5 made of a pressure container, a belt conveyor 8 in it, and a weighing mechanism 9 weighing the powdery and granular material being transported by the belt conveyor 8. The powdery and granular material in the hopper 4 is put on the belt conveyor 8 from an inlet port 6 and is fed to a reducing furnace from an outlet port 7. The hopper 4 is provided with a powdery and granular material feed port, a shutoff valve 11, a gas discharge system 20 and an inert gas filling system 25 for gas substitution when the powdery and granular material is fed, a shutoff valve 13, and an inert gas blowing-in system 40 for blowing off the powdery and granular material dropped below the belt conveyor 8 of the pressure case 5 and for purging the internal gas.

In this upright state, the hoisting wire 33 is delivered on the contrary to bring down the rotating machine frame c1 into the original extended state.
