In order to provide the second information NB2, an existent place information source 22 collects and holds the information concerning the moving destination of the callee. Thus, even when the existent place registered to the existent place telephone number registration part is dissident to the place where the callee is really existent, the probability to access the callee can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically acquire a line wire only by a hooking-up of a telephone, by detecting line wires used for sending and receiving by the memory inside the wiring unit when the telephone is hooked up, and by automatically acquiring the line wire being not used for sending and receiving. CONSTITUTION:The data of sending and receiving of line wire channel 22 is recorded on a memory 24 of each line wire by a control of a line wire control device (COP)23. When a telephone is hooked up, a hook switch 30 is turned on, and it is detected by a telephone control device (APU)29, and that data is transmitted to a common control device (NPU)34. And then the NPU34 calls up the data of the memory 24 of each line wire, and selects the line wire which is not used for sending and receiving. And it controls the KPU26, and a channel switch 25 creates a channel between the telephone channel 28 and the line being used. This the acquisition of line wire is realized.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate whether subscriber lines are paired at the side of an exchange network or not by using the originating subscriber numbers to retrieve a control table containing a memory where terminal numbers are registered and a memory which displays that a corresponding circuit is set for each terminal number. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 1-3 are stored in a switchboard 7 for subscriber lines via subscriber lines 4-6 and then connected to a repeating switchboard 12 via trunk circuits 9-11. A switchboard 7 transmits the originating subscriber identification numbers to the circuits 9-11 when the terminals 1-3 work for transmission. Thus a subscriber number identifier ID8 is started. The originating subscriber number sent from the ID8 is used as a key word to retrieve a control table 13 for plural trunk lines. The table 13 contains a memory 19 where a terminal number to which the communication is permitted is registered in a pair to each subscriber number, memories 23 and 24 which show that a corresponding circuit is set for each terminal number, and a memory 27 which serves as an integrated charging meter for paired trunk lines.
