    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent incorrect supply of oil, by constituting an opening handle of a bottom valve of every kind of oil of a tank lorry so as to exclusively fit to one driving shaft and judging coincidence of the kind of oil in a hatch and the kind of oil in the oil storage tank and fixing the handle to an unlocking means. SOLUTION: A selection means 41 for kinds of oil reads out oil kind data in a memory 43 on the basis of a hatch number from a keyboard 42 of a controller and outputs it to a judge means 44 for coincidence of kinds of oil. The judge means 44 compares the oil kind data from a receiving means 45 of oil kind signals, receiving the signals transmitted from the reading-out means of a discrimination piece attached to an oil supply hose, with the oil kind data read out of the memory 43. When the data coincide with each other, a signal is output to a control means 46 of a lock member and a display 47. Then, one of lock members 32-34 of handles 29-31 opening/closing hatches designated at the keyboard at every oil kind is selected and unlocked by the control means 46. In this way, oil can be supplied in an oil-storage tank in a gas station.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent simply, easily, automatically, and securely mixed oil accidents or mixed liquid accidents resulting from forgetting to change over an intermediate partition valve or incorrect operation. SOLUTION: An intermediate partition valve 15 between the front side pipe 2 and the rear side pipe 4 is opened/closed by an air cylinder 18. A spring 19 urging the intermediate sluice valve to the closing side, is built in the air cylinder 18 and the valve 15 is changed over to the opening side by supply of compressed air. This tank lorry is provided with an alarm 20 against the opening intermediate sluice valve, an electromagnetic valve 23 arranged in the compressed air pipe 22, a manual switch 25 to connect current to the electromagnetic valve 23 or the alarm 20 and an interlocking switch (j) of a power- drawing device H, and a control means like an automatic control relay making it impossible to lead current in the manual switch 25 when the main switch is in ON-condition and also making it impossible to lead current in the interlocking switch (j) when the main switch is in OFF-condition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock a handle at all times even when a turn amount of the handle is changed by attaching an air cylinder in the vicinity of the handle, connecting an air source with the air cylinder by using a pipe, and providing a solenoid valve which is opened by a cargo unloading signal on the halfway of the pipe in a bottom valve lock device provided in the handle. SOLUTION: An air cylinder 9 of a bottom valve lock device is attached in the vicinity of a handle 7, and a ring 19 which surrounds the handle 7 is attached to a piston rod 18 of a piston 17 which slides due to air pressure or a spring 16 in the air cylinder 9. A pipe 10 for supplying air is connected with the air cylinder 9 and is connected with an air cylinder 11 by providing a solenoid valve 12 which is opened by a cargo unloading signal therein. Consequently, it is possible to lock the handle 7 at all times, even if a turn amount of the handle 7 is changed due to wear of a packing of a bottom valve after the use for a long time.

SOLUTION: The oil kind data for each hatch stored in a lorry card are stored in the master file of a storage part in an unloading console 29 of a tank lorry 21. When one of bottom part opening/closing valves 23a-23g of the kind of the oil to be unloaded is opened, and the valve opening detected signal is outputted from bottom valve sensors 24a-24g, discharge ports 25 or 26 to which the bottom part opening/closing valves 23a-23g to be opened by the master file, and the oil kind are retrieved. When the oil kind for the bottom part opening/closing valve which is already opened agrees with the oil kind for which the valve is opened this time, a solenoid valve 27 or 28 of the discharge port to which the bottom part opening/closing valve is opened.

Concurrently, a timer 16 is interposed between the fluid mixing prevention means 8 and a release switch 15, after the specified set period of time elapses when the release switch 15 is turned on, the operation of the fluid mixing prevention means 8 is suspended so as to be released.
