The back side member and the right and left side members are unfolded flat, hooking projection pieces on both sides of the shelf board members are held to be hooked inward from horizontal cut lines of the right and left side members, and the right and left side members being stood are vertically raised forward, so that the shelf board members are inclined forward by their own weight, and the hooking projection pieces on both sides of the shelf board members are hooked into the horizontal cut lines of the right and left side members.
