    • PURPOSE:To take out predetermined number of electronic parts accurately from conveyor and to pack them, by detecting predetermined amount of jamming through frictional thrust produced between the parts and conveyor at the end of conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The electronic parts 2 to be carried in a row on the conveyor 1 will contact against a stopper pin 3 and stored on the conveyor 1. Upon application of predetermined pressing force on the stopper 3 through frictional thrust produced between each parts 2 and conveyor 1, a microswitch 5 will detect that (n) of electronic parts 2 has stored and function. The carry system 7 will rotate the pinion 20 and cams 18, 19 by advancing a rack 21 through an air cylinder 22. Consequently the holding board 15 will lift while the stopper board 16 will lower to hold the terminal of the parts 2 continuously. The parts 2 will lift and slide and carried immediately above the packing box 6 then the air cylinder 22 will lower while the rack 21 will retreat to pack the parts in the packing box 6.
