    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic patching device capable of patching a front surface and a rear surface with an adhesive tape under such a condition that the final end portion of an old rolled paper sheet during supply is butted against the top end of a new rolled paper sheet during a standby state without stopping of the old rolled paper sheet during delivering and supply toward a required process portion when the residual old rolled paper sheet during delivering and supply toward the required process portion becomes small and is replaced with the new rolled paper sheet.
      SOLUTION: This automatic patching device includes an in-field roller part in which the old rolled paper sheet during supply and the new rolled paper sheet during a standby state are layered and traveled; a wave cutter part which layers the old rolled paper sheet and the new rolled paper sheet to be cut; a tape sticking part which patches the front surface and the rear surface with the adhesive tape with the final end of the old rolled paper sheet and the top end of the new rolled paper sheet butted, and a rolled paper sheet tensioning part which pulls the new rolled paper sheet to be sandwiched and pressed, and to be waited.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splicing device whose splicing accuracy is difficult to deteriorate.SOLUTION: A splicing device 1 comprises a tape coupling part 2 having: a stationary presser member 20; and a movable presser member 21 that can be switched between an opening position at which it is opened to the stationary presser member 20 and a closing position at which it is closed to the stationary presser member 20. By switching it from the opening position to the closing position, the movable presser member 21 is closed to the stationary presser member 20, and the movable presser member 21 is overlaid on the stationary presser member 20 in a top and back direction. A splice tape 9 is folded between the movable presser member 21 and the stationary presser member 20, and a first coupling end 804 and a second coupling end 814 are held by the splice tape 9 from the top and back direction. The first coupling end 804 is coupled with the second coupling end 814.
