    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a total number of plates to be used effectively and to improve heat transfer performance by inserting straightening distribution parts for allowing a fluid to be dispersed and flow uniformly into the heat exchange channel among plates into the fluid entrance passage hole of a heat exchanger where frames at both sides and a plurality of plates that are laminated between them are formed in one piece. SOLUTION: In a plate-type heat exchanger, a plurality of laminated plates 3 and 4 are provided between frames 1 and 2 at both sides and are formed in one piece by brazing or the like, thus alternately forming two kinds of fluid heat exchange channels 5 and 6 between the plates 3 and 4 and performing the heat exchange of two kinds of fluids being supplied from each separate entrance nozzle 11 to the heat exchange channels 5 and 6 and then taking the liquids from each separate exit nozzle 13. In this case, a pipe 19 with a plurality of small holes 17 is inserted into the entrance nozzle 11 as straightening distribution parts 20 and is provided in a passage hole 7 at an entrance side, thus uniformly dispersing the fluid at the heat exchange channels 5... in the direction of plate lamination so that the fluid can flow in, and a heat transfer performance is improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating liquefied matter and a device therefor capable of drastically shortening a cooling time, preventing an excessive liquefying reaction, improving the quality of the liquefied matter and the like. SOLUTION: A liquefied raw material 'a' and a solvent 'b' or matter in which a catalyst 'c' is added to the solvent 'b' are agitated, liquefied and allowed to react with each other under a high temperature in a continuous type liquefying means 1 or a batch type liquefying treatment tank. To high temperature liquefied matter 'd' immediately after the liquefying reaction, water content 'w' is directly added through a water content adding means 2 and is rapidly cooled by the latent heat of vaporization of the added water content 'w'. A state in which the temperature of the liquefied matter 'd' is dropped after adding the water content is monitored through a sensor 3a and a water content added quantity adjusting means 3 for controlling the added quantity of the water content by the water content adding means 2 is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a compression margin and to improve sealing stability by allowing a surface in contact with an edge gasket at a frame side to retreat from a surface in contact with a plate and increasing the thickness of the edge gasket by that amount. SOLUTION: A surface in contact with an edge gasket 4 at the side of a frame 20, namely a gasket contact surface 24, is allowed to retreat from a surface 22 in contact with a heat transfer plate 10 and the thickness of the edge gasket 4 is increased by that a mount. For example, by providing a stage 20a at the frame 20, a surface in contact with the edge gasket 4, namely the gasket contact surface 24 is allowed to retreat from the surface 22 in contact with the heat transfer plate 10, the clamping gap of the edge gasket is increased by the amount of the stage, and the thickness of the edge gasket 4 is increased. Also, the dimension of the stage is set so that the thickness of the gasket 4 becomes equal to that of an intermediate gasket 3, and the intermediate gasket 3 is placed inplane of the edge gasket 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the force pressing trays from lowering by gradual weakening of a spring for pressing the trays. SOLUTION: Trays each carrying a product are stacked in a plurality of stages to be housed into a horizontally rotatable rotary housing body housed in a cylindrical disinfection tank and the products on the trays are sprayed by a heating medium for disinfection with the top surface of the trays being pressed. It also includes an air cylinder 30 for keeping in which a piston 35 for pressing is built in with a pressing lid 21 arranged above the trays linked to the lower end part of a rod 38 and is lowered with the supply of pressurized air to press the top surface of the trays with the pressing lid 21, a lock part 32 for stopping and locking the piston 35 at a keeping position and an air supply part which is arranged outside the disinfection tank to adhere to or isolated from an air supply port 34b provided on the air cylinder 34 for keeping from outside the disinfection tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a continuous method for liquid sterilization by which the sterilizing treatment of a liquid that has hitherto been considered as difficult can be carried out to suppress a dispersion of sterilizing effects and the high- quality and stable sterilizing effects can be obtained to afford merchandise safe for the food sanitation. SOLUTION: This apparatus for continuous liquid sterilization comprises liquid feed pumps 2 and 10 for feeding a treating liquid without damaging solids, a heater 3 responsive to the flow velocity without damaging the solids, hold pipes 4 for uniformizing the temperature, connected to a treating liquid passage in the course of the heater 3, once taking out the treating liquid from the heater 3 and holding the treating liquid in a heating interrupted state for a time required to uniformize the temperature of the treating liquid and then returning the treating liquid to the heater 3 and hold pipes 8 for ensuring sterilizing effects in order to hold the treating liquid after the heating for a prescribed time for ensuring the sterilizing effects. The holding times of the hold pipes 4 and 8 for ensuring the sterilizing effects are set and controlled based on a heat-up pattern prepared according to the heat conductivity of the liquid or the solids.
