      SOLUTION: A battery voltage measuring circuit 2 for measuring the voltage of each cell is provided in a module, and in the battery voltage measuring circuit 2, a diode 3 for reverse voltage protection which connects an anode with the negative electrode of a drive power supply of the measuring circuit 2 and connects a cathode with the positive electrode of a drive power supply of the measuring circuit 2 is arranged in the power feed line of the measuring circuit 2.
