The raw material gas to be used is a mixed gas of haxamethyldisiloxane and oxygen which is, for example, in the mixing ratio of 1:10. After reducing the internal pressure of an external electrode 2, the mixed gas is introduced through a gas introduction pipe 4 and a 13.56 MHz high frequency power at 500 W, for example, is applied to the external electrode 2 for two sec to form the film on the internal face of the container 1.

In this way, compressed air can be released smoothly from the mouth part 7. 'crew swelling' is generated by a process in which heat is transmitted sufficiently to the mouth part by being heated by an ultraviolet heater close to the mouth part 7 of the preform 8, and as a result, when blow molding is done, compressed air tries to escape forcibly from the mouth.

As a result, a handle piece can be cut and erected, and built up by inserting fingers of hand in the start part. In this case, only one side of the handling pieces may be cut and erected, or both handle pieces may be cut and erected. Therefore, after fitting 1000ml of a liquid in the interior container 30 of this composite container 10, the handle can be easily gripped by one hand, and there is no fear for dropping at all.

Then, biaxial stretching blow molding is performed to bond the integrally molded inside container 20 having a body part and a pour port to the exterior material 10 being the cylindrical container to form a composite container 1. Since the peeling of paper and plastic can be well performed without using an adhesive, the separation or disposal of them is easy.

SOLUTION: At least three resin layers having, respectively, a resin layer wherein 0.1-2.0wt.% surface active agent is added to 98-99.9wt.% polyolefin resin having 5-60mol% of a cyclic olefin constituent as an outer layer, an adhesive resin layer as an intermediate layer, and a hydrophylic resin layer as an inner layer, constitute a multilayer plastic container. Therefore, antistatic performance and light resistant performance are added by mixing the surface active agent, and defects such as small impact strength and inferior moldability which the cyclic polyolefin copolymer has, can be supplemented by combining them.
