CONSTITUTION:A mounting pipe thrusting branch joint is composed of a joint body 21, the diameter of which is larger than the hole diameter of a connection hole of a main pipe, a spigot 22 for the main pipe, which is extended from one end of the joint body and to be fitted into the connection hole, an elastic engaging-locking piece 26, which is provided at least at the tip part of the spigot, and a burr 27 provided at the tip of which is engaged with the inner face of the main pipe to prevent the joint body from slipping-off, with the spigot fitted into the connection hole, and a water stopping member 5 for sealing between the main pipe and the joint body in a state where it is caught between the outer face of the main pipe around the connection hole and the end face of the joint body. Further, plural thin plate-like projections 24, each end face of which abuts nearly on the outer face of the above main pipe with the spigot 22 fitted into the connection hole 31, are provided to be projected from the outer face of the joint body so that they surround the joint body and are parallel to the axis of the joint body.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce greatly a back-filling agent and to curtail a construction cost by providing a spiral pipe in a shield with turning effort through a pipe manufacturing machine and a rotary driving machine to widen it in diameter, and filling a gap between the spiral pipe and shield with the back-filling agent. CONSTITUTION:A belt-shaped body 10 is wound up in the shape of a spiral by a pipe manufacturing machine 20 to manufacture a spiral pipe 10' interlocked with each of side edges adjacent to the belt-shaped body 10, and it is inserted in a shield 81 over the full length thereof. After that, the front end of the spiral pipe 10' is fixed to the end of the shield 81, torque is provided to the spiral pipe 10' while manufacturing it by the pipe manufacturing machine 20 in a state to clamp the spiral pipe 10' with a rotary driving machine 30, and the front end part of the spiral pipe 10' is widened in diameter to adhere to the circumferential surface of the shield 81. The clamp process and the process of widening in diameter are repeated to line the circumferential surface of the shield 81 over the full length thereof, and the back-filling agent is filled between the spiral pipe 10' and shield 81.

    • PURPOSE:To surely enlarge the diameter of a spiral pipe by interposing a wire between the side peripheral sections of mutually adjacent band shaped bodies, forming a spiral pipe by a pipe manufacturing means mutually meshing the side peripheral sections, and thereby enlarging the spiral pipe while the spiral pipe is inserted into an existing pipe. CONSTITUTION:The side peripheral sections of mutually adjacent band shaped bodies 10 are mutually meshed, and a wire 30 is locked in such a way that the meshed portion is increased in frictional resistance, so that a spiral pipe 10a is thereby formed. After the spiral pipe 10a is inserted into an existing pipe 81 so as to be advanced, the tip end of the spiral pipe 10a is fixed onto the existing pipe 81 thereafter. In the second place, the wire 30 is separated at a specified speed from the spiral pipe 10b while propulsion force is being imparted to the band shaped body 10, so that the spiral pipe 10a is thereby enlarged in diameter while the side peripheral sections of the respective band shaped bodies 10 are mutually slid. By this constitution, the deteriorated existing pipe 81 can thereby be recycled.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the diameter enlargement of a spiral tube by winding a banded body spirally, then fixing wire material between the opposed faces of the side edge parts of the banded body through adhesive, and detaching the wire material after the insertion of the spiral tube so as to make the side edge parts mutually slidable. CONSTITUTION:A banded body 10 with protrusions 12 disposed at one side edge part thereof and recessions 14 disposed at the opposite side edge part thereof is wound spirally by a tube manufacturing machine 20, and the insert part 12b of each protrusion 12 is inserted into each recession 14 to lock both side edge parts mutually. At this time, wire material 30 is interposed in a gap 15 formed between the opposed faces of the respective side edge parts through adhesive 31 to fix the above-mentioned locked part rigidly. In this state, the banded body 10 is pushed forward as a spiral tube 10' from the tube manufacturing machine 20 into a sewer pipe 81. The tip of this spiral tube 10' is fixed at the sewer pipe 81, and the tube manufacturing machine 20 is driven while pulling the wire material 30 at the tip part inward the spiral tube 10'. Then the wire material breaks away from the spiral tube 10'. The fixing of the above-mentioned locked part is thereby released to make the insert parts 12b slidable in the recessions 14, and the spiral tube 10' is enlarged in its diameter by this sliding motion and stuck to the inner face of the sewer pipe 81.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate and smooth operation by a method wherein a spiral pipe is manufactured by superposing and bonding adjacent side sections, and inserted into an existing pipe, the front end of the spiral pipe is fixed to the existing pipe, bonding is peeled while the spiral pipe is pushed in, side edge sections are slid mutually and a diameter is expanded in a method of construction lining the inside of the decrepit existing pipe by the spiral pipe. CONSTITUTION:A beltlike body 10 consisting of polyvinyl chloride, etc., and having a substrate 12, to which a fitting protrusion 13, a reinforcing rib 19 and a fitting recessed strip 15 are disposed upright, is wound spirally while a surface is directed to the outside, thus preparing a spiral pipe 10'. That is, the spiral pipe 10' is introduced and propelled into an existing pipe 81 while being manufactured by a pipe making machine 20. A front end in the propulsive direction is fixed at the end section of the existing pipe 81. A wire rod 30 extended from the front end is drawn, and the side edge section of a substrate 12, the thin section of a recessed section 12b of which is cut and which is bonded with a stepped section 14, is separated from other sections of the substrate 12. When the spiral pipe 10' is further propelled under the state, a diameter is expanded until the spiral pipe is fast stuck to the inside diameter of the existing pipe 81 by the sliding of a peeling edge section. Accordingly, operation can be conducted easily and positively.
