SOLUTION: A garbage disposer comprises a heating part 10 to heat garbage A contained in a disposing tank 12 by a heater 13 to heat the disposing tank; a condensing part 20 to communicate with the heating part and cool gas, containing steam generated from garbage; a shut-off drainage part 30 to drain water, condensed by a condensing part, to the outside; and a returning means 40 to forcibly return gas cooled by the condensing part. A returning means is provided with a return pipe 41 branched from a condensate drainage pipe 32 and connected to the side wall of a heating chamber, and a fan 42 connected to the lower end side of a communication pipe 23. The return pipe runs through a pair of side walls positioned facing each other, further, a tip is inserted in the heating chamber, and an indoor pipe part 41a situated in an extending- through state between side walls is adhered to the heater and heated by the heater.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supplying device by which sufficient hot water can be used comfortably by making full use of its ability. SOLUTION: A target temperature of discharged hot water is set for a hot-water temperature setting part 9a of a controller 9 by operating a remote controller 7 without providing a supply channel 5 with a steady-flow valve which controls the maximum amount of flowing water. A detecting part 9b of the controller 9 detects the water temperature, the flow rate of flowing water, and the temperature of discharged hot water by the signals from a charged water temperature sensor S1, a discharged water-temperature sensor S3, and a flow rate sensor S2. From the result of this detection, a combustion control part 9c of the controller 9 calculates the amount of combustion gas to control the amount of combustion of a burner 13 and maintain the temperature of the discharged hot water from a hot-water supplying carane 8 at the preset target temperature of discharged hot water. When the flow rate of flowing water becomes too large or too small for the combustion amount, a signal control part 9e of the controller 9 sets off an alarm for users to urge them to change the openness of the hot-water supplying valve 8.

SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 7, provided in the range unit of a table range, is provided with an operating shaft 17, to which a ferrite magnet 15, capable of being attracted to a temperature sensitive ferrite 12, is connected through a yoke 16, so as to be slidable up-and-down and energized downward by a returning spring 19. A neodymium magnet 21, arranged so as to have the polarity thereof in up-and-down direction, is fixed integrally to the lower end of the operating shaft 17. On the other hand, a tubular body 22 is established at the lower part of the neodymium magnet 21 and a compression spring 23 is received in the bottom part of the tubular body 22. Further, a coil 24 is wound around the outer surface of the tubular body 22 while a thermoelectric circuit 25 is constituted by connecting the coil 24 in series to a thermocouple 8 and the exciting coil 6a of a solenoid valve 6 respectively.

SOLUTION: A burn preventing apparatus 10 includes a cylindrical casing 11 connected with a hot water supply pipe in the course thereof, a valve seat 17 provided in the vicinity of the center of the casing 11, a valve 12 making contact with the valve seat 17 upon operation to interrupt the flow passage, a bias spring 13 provided downstream the valve seat 17 to bias the valve 12 on the downstream side, a shape storage alloy spring 14 providing a greater spring load when the temperature becomes a predetermined temperature or higher reversely to the bias spring 13 to bias the valve 12 in a closing direction where it makes contact with the valve seat 17, spring supporters 15, 18 for supporting the respective springs, and a pressure release valve 16 provided on side walls of connection pipes 11 on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve seat 17. A spring load of the shape storage alloy 14 upon high temperature is set to exceed a spring load of the bias spring 13 in a full close position, and the difference provides closing force of the valve 12.

CONSTITUTION: When a cooking pan 8 is mounted on tripod claws 5 and a burner head 4a is ignited to start a cooking, a combustion flame or exhaust air powerfully collides with the cooking pan 8 and while a part of it flows downward, it is elevated along the cooking pan 8 by a draft force. Since a passage for supplying secondary air 9a is formed with an inlet and exhaust air rectifying plate 7 provided to a part near the opening 15 of the soup saucer 2 of a soup plate 1 of a top plate 1, a space for the secondary air 9a does not need to be provided between the top plate 1 and the burner head 4a and a boiled soup spilling from the cooking pan 8 can be prevented from entering an equipment through the space between the soup saucer 2 and the burner head 4a. Accordingly, an excellent combustibitity can be maintained.

    • PURPOSE: To enable a safety device for a cooking appliance to serve both overheating peventing function and flame failure safety function by a method wherein a temperature sensitive metal, having a curie point whereat a magnetic permeability is reduced when the meal has received heat from a cooking oven and has arrived at a predetermined temperature, is abutted forcibly against a core to open a safety valve upon igniting. CONSTITUTION: During combustion, a coil 5 generates an electromagnetic force in a core 6 by a thermoelectromotive force, generated from a thermocouple, and a temperature sensitive metal is attracted to the core 6 by the electromagnetic force whereby a safety valve 7 is kept opened. When the temperature sensitive metal has received heat from a cooking oven 1 and the temperature of the same has arrived at a predetermined temperature near a curie temperature, the magnetic permeability of the temperture sensitive metal is reduced whereby the temperature sensitive metal is released from the core 6 and closes a safety valve 7, operated in conjunction with the same. On the other hand, when the thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple has lowered to a value lower than a pedetermined value, the energization current of the coil 5 falls whereby the electromagnetic force is not generated in the core 6 and the temperature sensitive metal is released from the core 6 thereby closing the safety valve 7 to stop the combustion.

Moreover, a timer 11 and a buzzer 12 are connected to the controller 9 separately. The controller 9 also has a set time adjusting function to correct combustion time of the burner 2 set with the timer 11 according to the temperature in the chamber of the grill 1 detected with the temperature sensor 10 at the ignition of the burner 2. Thus, the set time with the timer 11 is corrected automatically to a proper cooking time using the temperature in the chamber of the grill 1 at the ignition of the burner 2 as measure.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate a control over a conversion of an optimum value to the type of gas in a gas combustion device which can be accommodated for the conversion of the type of gas by a method wherein the device is provided with storage means for storing a specification of conversion gas and the gas is to be converted into the specification of conversion gas type under an operation of the conversion operating means. CONSTITUTION:A gas hot water feeder having a forced combustion chamber is constructed such that a gas supplying passage 8 for a gas burner 7 mounted at a lower part of a heat exchanger 3 and this is controlled under an instruction from a controller C. A discharging port 12 is provided with a suction fan F connected to and opened to a bottom surface of a combustion chamber 2. Combustion air is forcedly fed into the combustion chamber 2. Adjustment of amount of gas and adjustment of amount of air described above are automatically carried out. The valve travel of a fuel control valve 6 and a required number of rotation of the suction fan F are different in response to the type of gas. Thus, their constant values are stored in advance in the controller C. When the type of gas is to be converted, a mere operation of a conversion switch installed in a remote controller A or the like enables their values to be immediately changed over to the optimum values of valve travel and the number of rotation of the fan.
