    • PURPOSE:To generate a vortex through a Coanda effect as well as to make improvements in efficiency for a blower or the like by forming a ring slit in an inner edge of a flare part flaring toward the primary side, and constituting it to spout high-pressure gas from this ring slit. CONSTITUTION:In a device which pressure in gas in a holder 1 is intensified by a blower 2 and feeds it to each consumer, a flow increaser 6 is installed interposingly between a delivery pipe 4 and a transport pipe 5 being connected to the blower 2. This flow increaser 6 consists of a flare part 7 flaring toward the primary side, a ring slit 9 installed in an inner end of this flare part 7 and a buffer chamber 10 being interconnected to this ring slit 9, and it is made so as to feed this buffer chamber 10 with discharged gas via a feed pipe 12. With this constitution, a vortex owing to a Coanda effect is generated in an inner wall of the flare part 7 by dint of a jet flow out of the ring slit 9, and a vacuum area is formed in a center part of the flare part 7 by this vortex and thus improvement in suction efficiency of the blower 2 is promoted.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a processing method excellent in economy and production efficiency by forming the outside surface between the front and rear slits of a pipeline so that pressurized air stream from the front slit flows toward the rear slit as Coanda flow. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized air supplied to pipelines 3, 6 flows out from slits 1, 2, 5. Negative pressure range is generated between the slits 1, 5, and thereto blasting particles flow in together with air. The air and blasting particles are injected at a high speed to make blast processing to the surface of the object with the open part of a shield 8. At this time, a boundary layer of air stream is formed alongside the outside surface 9 of the slit 1. Accordingly violent collision of the blasting particles with the device surface is suppressed with the blasting effect kept very large. The air and part of the blasting particles which have flowed at the outside surface 9 of the pipeline 3, and the dust from blasting flow to the negative pressure range formed at the opening of the slit 2 through the action of pressurized air which has flowed from the slit 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pavement which can positively suppress temperature rise thereof even under the condition of small amount of precipitation. SOLUTION: The pavement is comprised of a water retaining layer (2), a vertical hole (4), and a groundwater supply layer (6). The water retaining layer (2) includes a pavement surface and is formed of a material having water retentivity (porous concrete, water-retaining mortar, water-retaining grout, an open- grain size asphalt mixture, etc., for instance). The vertical hole (4) communicates with the water retaining layer (2) and a groundwater basin (W), and has its interior filled with a material producing capillarity (a fibrous material like polymer fibers, various water retaining materials, etc., for instance). The groundwater supply layer (6) is arranged under the water retaining layer (2) (in a range between a substrate (8) formed of dense-grain size asphalt concrete or the like and the water retaining layer 2, for instance), in a manner communicating with the vertical hole (4), and has its interior filled with a material producing the capillarity (a fibrous material like polymer fibers, various water retaining materials, etc., for instance).
