    • PURPOSE:To keep the dust quantity in a atmosphere constant with use of a small-sized and simple device by measuring dust by a dust quantity measuring instrument through a dust suction use pipe with regard to a device used for a dust resisting test of a precision instrument, etc., and controlling a dust generator by a dust controller by using its measured value. CONSTITUTION:Dust 1 is allowed to pass through a dust suction pipe 2, and the dust quantity is measured by a dust quantity measuring instrument 3. Subsequently, a measured value of the dust quantity measured by this measuring instrument 3 is sent to a dust quantity controller 4, and when the measured value of the dust quantity is below an indicated scale which is set in advance by the controller 4, dust is generated by operating a relay 13 and turning ON the input of a dust generation use exciter 14. On the other hand, when the measured value of the dust quantity is above the indicated scale which is set in advance, the input of the dust generation use exciter 14 is turned off by operating the relay 13, and the dust quantity in an atmosphere is kept constant with use of a small-sized and simple device.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a measuring error due to circumferential temp. and to attain to enhance sensitivity, by changing the voltage of a bridge circuit and making the voltage applied to a zero point compensating thermistor constant. CONSTITUTION:The voltage Va at the node between a detection thermistor 1 and a zero point compensating thermistor 2 is fed back to a power source 10. The power source 10 controls the voltage Vs at both terminals of a bridge circuit so as to make the voltage Va constant. This voltage control is performed by detecting the voltage at the node between the thermistors 1, 2 to compare the same with freely adjustable reference voltage and controlling output voltage so as to bring the difference between both voltages to zero. That is, a variable resistor is controlled so that VOUT comes to zero in such a state that both thermistors 1, 2 are placed in air. Next, the thermistor 1 is placed, for example, in a 100% helium atmosphere to perform control so that VOUT comes to predetermined voltage. By this method, a measuring error due to circumferential temp. is reduced and sensitivity can be enhanced.
