    • PURPOSE:To provide a swing-stopping device of a lifted cargo which can effectively stop the vibration of the lifted cargo in the transferring direction and in the rotational direction in the horizontal plane which is generated when a large-sized lifted cargo is transferred by a container crane or the like. CONSTITUTION:A lifted cargo swing-stopping device consists of a pair of movable frames 15 where the relative movement to a traverse trolley 1 in the moving direction of the traverse trolley 1 on each side of the traverse trolley can be executed, two sets of guide sheaves 13, 14 for winding rope which are fixed with the specified space within the movable frame, and a driving means 17 to independently move the respective movable frames 15 on the traverse trolley 1. Damping of the traverse swing of the lifted cargo 9 on the traverse trolley 1 and the individual swings or the synthesized swing of the skew are executed by the action of the movable frames 15 (guide sheaves 13,14) by a driving means 17 provided on each side of the traverse trolley 1, and the device is simplified, the control is facilitated, and the effect to increase the degree of freedom of the arrangement of the device can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent horizontal frame face material or the like from being damaged, and enable energy to be stably absorbed. CONSTITUTION:With bearers 6 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of a chimney shell body 1, the tip sections of shell body bearing materials 5 are engaged to be displaced in the horizontal direction, and on horizontal frame face material 3, the intermediate sections of the shell body bearing materials 5 are fitted so that the displacement in the horizontal direction may be constrained via stoppers 9 but displacement in the vertical direction may be allowed. The thermal deformation of the chimney shell body 1 (expansion and shrinking) to be generated based on temperature difference between the chimney shell body 1 and structural members 2, 3 is absorbed by relative movement in the range of spaces between the bearers 6 and the shell body bearing materials 5, and the external force equal to or less than a primary design load, of mean earthquake, wild, or the like is absorbed by the elastic bending deformation of the shell body bearing materials 5. On the external force of the secondary design load level of great earthquake or the like to be rarely generated, oscillatory energy is absorbed by plastic deformation at the intermediate sections (the stopper bearing sections) of the shell body bearing materials 5 and oscillation is suppressed.
