SOLUTION: The DC power loading device includes: a full-wave rectification circuit for performing the full-wave rectification of voltage in an AC power supply; a DC reactor that has one end side connected to a positive output side of the full-wave rectification circuit, stores energy, and smoothes current; a smoothing capacitor provided between the other end side of the DC reactor and the negative output side of the full-wave rectification circuit to smooth a DC bus voltage; a reverse flow blocking diode provided between the other end side of the DC reactor and the positive side of the smoothing capacitor to block a back flow of current to a full-wave rectifier from a smoothing capacitor side; a switching means provided between the other end side of the DC reactor and the negative output side of the full-wave rectification circuit to switch DC buses; and a control means for controlling on time of the switching means so that rotational speed of a motor connected to an inverter may become a target rotational speed.
