    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein a projecting member is projected to stop a pallet and a defining tool is actuated to lift the pallet through a rack, a gear, a cam shaft, and a roller to locate the same, thereby to accelerate and stabilize the operation. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 2 is transferred in a direction B by a chain 28, and comes into abutment with a projecting member 4a projected by the operation of a solenoid 6a and is stopped. When a cylinder 9 is actuated, a defining tool 7 proceeds in a direction C, as a result of which a rack 12 moves in a direction U through a roller 13, and a gear in a direction W and a cam shaft 19 in a direction V. Accordingly, a roller 26 comes into abutment with the top of a cam 23, as a result of which the roller 26 lifts the pallet 2 to the upper part of the chain 28. When the defining tool 7 is further advanced in this state, the V-shaped projection 7a of the defining tool 7 is fitted in the V-shaped groove 2a of the pallet 2, and the pallet 2 is pressed against a doubling plate 29 secured to a guide 27 to locate the same.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the title key plate capble of handling plurality of cores of different laminate-thicknesses as well as to prevent blades from being damaged by providing longitudinal groove cum and roller which slides inside of the groove cum and accordingly the core is pressed by the vertical force alone. CONSTITUTION:On the cum-plate 17, cum-groove 18 is cut with arc shape at its top and with linear shape 18a toward longitudinal direction at its bottom, and two rollers 13 are placed being inscribed along the cum-groove. When the rod 24a of cylinder 24 is pushed forward, rocking motion of lever 21 moves the tip 15 of link 19 downward, and at the same time, two rollers 13 move to the linear part 18a of the cum-groove 18. This movement makes the under-surface of the keep plate 14 horizontal against the up-surface of the core and enables the keep plate 14 to push core from vertical direction. Under this constitution, blade 1 is kept free from side direction pressure which prevents the blade from being damaged, and at the same time, the keep plate is capable of handling plurality of cores of different laminate-thicknesses.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board wherein an insulation substrate never has a bending deformation in a discontinuous manner with the end of a terminal reinforcing portion as an inflection point, even if bending force is applied in a thickness direction at the time of inserting a terminal into a connector or on other occasions.
      SOLUTION: On one surface of the insulation substrate 20 having a flexibility, conductor patterns 30 are formed along the longitudinal direction. On the other surface, resin is printed on the rear face of the terminal 40 wherein the conductor patterns 30 are exposed, to form the terminal reinforcing portion 60. In the end of the periphery of the terminal reinforcing portion 60 which is not located in the periphery of the insulation substrate 20, a bending stress distributor consisting of a corrugate portion 70 is formed. Due to this structure, bending stress never concentrates on the end of the terminal reinforcing portion 60 and thereby the flexible wiring board 10 can be realized which continuously deforms in an end.
