    • PURPOSE:To decrease the factors for generating noise signals to a greater extent without generating cracks in a recording film by providing thermal diffusion layers made of a material having the heat conductivity higher than the heat conductivity of a protective layer only to the step parts between adjacent recording tracks. CONSTITUTION:This recording carrier has the recording film 6, the recording tracks 4, the thermal diffusion layers 10, and the protective layer 7. A material, of which the optical constant changes before and after recording, is used for the recording film 6. A material having low heat conductivity is used for the protective layer 7 in order to provide chemical and mechanical protections to the recording film 6 and to make effective use of the heat applied to the film 6. A material having the heat conductivity higher than the heat conductivity of the protective layer 7; for example, carbon family metal, adequate as the thermal diffusion layers 10. Since the ends 8 of the recording tracks are in contact with the thermal diffusion layers 10 having the high heat conductivity, the heat flows smoothly to the thermal diffusion layers 10 without being accumulated in the ends 8. The generation of cracks is, therefore, obviated and the generation of the noise signals is decreased as well.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a thermal head having a 1 (one) or more energy efficiency, by a method wherein; a thermoelement is so constructed that a P-type semiconductor and an N-type semiconductor are disposed between fins serving as a radiating portion and a base serving gas an endothermic portion, and a good heat conductor having electrical insulating properties and electrodes are respectively provided on the fins and the base. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelement is so constructed that a P-type semiconductor 8 and an N-type semiconductor 9 are disposed between fins 6 serving as a radiating portion and a base 7 serving as an endothermic portion, and a good heat conductor 10 having electrical insulating properties and electrodes 11 are respectively provided on the fins 6 and the base 7. The P-type semiconductor 8 and an N-type semiconductor 9 is made of Bi2Te3, while a good heat conductor 10 is made of diamond, and the electrodes 11 are made of gold etc.; these are formed by vacuum thin film-forming method or printing method. Due to conduction to the electrodes 11, the quantity of heat transferred from the radiating fins 6 to the good heat conductor 10 for heat radiation results in the addition of the electric input value and the endotherm from ambient air at the base 7; therefore, an energy efficiency is enhanced to 1 (one) or more and a heat pump method thermal head is realized.

    • PURPOSE:To perform creation of personal comfortable environment according to various scenes, such as a work and a living space, and a desired situation by a method wherein division to a given frequency zone is effected through detection of the alpha wave of the brain waves of an object and the control system of an environment regulating device is decided. CONSTITUTION:From a brain wave signal detected by a mounted brain wave sensor 9, an alpha component is taken out by an alpha wave pass filter 18 and the frequency of an alpha wave is calculated by a fluctuation calculating part 19. Division to four zones is effected by a calculated frequency and a data selecting part 20 to determine a ratio between the zones. Data wherein a ratio of a zone having a lowest frequency is below a specified level and a ratio of a highest zone is lower than a specified level is selected and inputted to a frequency analysing part 13. The fluctuation characteristics of a frequency are analyzed by the frequency analyzing part 13 to determine a regression coefficient having a correlation with a comfortable feeling and a conscious level is decided from a ratio of selected data by a conscious level deciding part 27. Based on an output from the frequency analyzing part 13 or the conscious level deciding part 27, a control method is decided to effect control by a control system deciding control means 25.

The room temperature before the alteration is corrected according to the alteration width, and a room temperature alteration width after correction is stored in the memory 9.     • PURPOSE:To prevent condensation from being formed on a wall surface without lowering humidity at the center of room by driving a moistening device body for moistening and a dehumidifier body for dehumidification in the vicinity of the wall surface based on a detection output from an indoor sensor for detecting temperature and humidity in the room. CONSTITUTION:An indoor sensor 1 detects temperature and humidity in a room, and on the basis of a detection result moistening operation of a moistening device body 4 is executed. Further, the detection result by the indoor sensor 1 is inputted into an evaluation circuit 5 of a control section 18 in a dehumidifier body 2, whereby a dew point temperature is estimated and inputted into a cooling dehumidification control section 8. Simultaneously, moist air flowing through the outside of an evaporator 20 is cooled and dehumidified such that temperature of the moist air incorporated into an indoor air intake port 6 gets a predetermined value. Additionally, reheating means 9 is heated by a reheating control section 10 such that temperature of the dry air so cooled and dehumidified gets a predetermined value. The dry air is blown off from a blow-off outlet 15 of a fan 21 into the room and is forced to flow along the wall surface.
