摘要： PURPOSE:To observe the machining progress with the naked eye even to a minute shape and also to easily perform the correction in the middle of a machining process by carrying out a fine machining operation by the computer simulation and the NC control. CONSTITUTION:This device includes EWS (engineering work station) 6 which serves as a machining device or a display instruction means and a discharge machining control means 7 which includes a control shell that systematically controls each means of the machining device. Then a machining program is produced based on the design data obtained from a CAD and the machining conditions stored previously in a data base. Based on the machining program and the machining state information acquired form the machining site, the machining state is simulated. Then a machining instruction is produced based on the machining program and the simulation result of the machining state. Thus the NC control is carried out based on the machining instruction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To mold a plastic board having no internal strain by a method wherein liquid photopolymerizable reactive resin is filled in a mold and irradiated with light, the irradiation area of which is smaller than a final set matter, by shifting its irradiation region in order to successively set the resin from the predetermined direction and the above-mentioned irradiation process is repeated at least once. CONSTITUTION:Liquid photopolymerizable reactive resin 21 is poured from a liquid pouring part 2 in a space part 20 made in a mold in order to fill the mold. Next, light, which is emitted from an ultraviolet (UV) light source lamp 7 and passed through the opening 9 of a shading body 8, is passed through a glass plate 3 in the form of a diaphragmed light 10 so as to irradiate the resinous liquid layer part 21 of the mold from the predetermined direction in order to produce part 22, which is set by UV light 10, gelled part 23, and part, in which the liquid reactive resin 21 is not yet reacted, by allowing a part of the liquid reactive resin 21 to react. After that, by rotating the shading body 8 in the direction indicated with the arrow, the stopped UV light 10 is shifted in the direction indicated with the arrow, resulting in successively increasing the set region 22 from the certain fixed direction. By repeating the above- mentioned operation, a final set matter 24 with no internal strain is produced.

If necessary, by combining continuous discharge and discontinuous discharge, irregular shape of line length can be prepared to regulate adhesive force, while by making the gaps between the discharge ports 7 and 8 and the face to be coated different, multilineal coating of different film thickness can be carried out.
