    • PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization, low-cost and broad frequency band by providing a photocoupler applying DC separation and AC balance, a correction means correcting an input/output characteristic of the photocoupler and an inverting means restoring a correction signal so as to allow the photocoupler to the DC separation and AC balance with a wired line. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 33 and the photocoupler 35 are provided between a hybrid circuit and a transmitter 13 at the transmission side of a fixed radio equipment 2 and an expander 37 and the photocoupler 39 are provided between the hybrid circuit 7 and a receiver 15 at the reception side. The photocouplers 35, 39 apply the DC separation and AC balance with the wired line 1. The expanders 17, 41 are provided at the reception side of the fixed radio equipment 3 and a radio terminal equipment 5 and the compressors 33, 43 restore a compressed signal. Since the photocouplers 35, 39 are small in size and low in cost, a compact and inexpensive radio communication equipment is formed. Further, the photocoupler has a wider frequency band than a transformer.

      CONSTITUTION: A demodulating signal is rectified through a squelch circuit 40, and compared with an output of a reference voltage generator 50. In case when the output of the reference voltage generator 50 is smaller, an "L" signal is outputted from a comparator 60, and a control part 70 sends out a non-switching signal to a switching device 30. In case of the contrary, an "H" signal is outputted from the comparator 60, the control part sends out a switching signal, and a loop antenna 2 is selected. A low frequency amplifier 45 becomes an operation holding state by a holding circuit when an output signal of the comparator 60 is in an "H" level, and an audible sound in case when a quality of a receiving signal is deteriorated is inhibited.
