摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a wool product excellent in washing resistance and having good heat-insulating effect and light-resistant fastness by removing the cuticle layer on the surface of wool, uniformly applying a specific IR light-irradiating substance to the surface, and subsequently coating the product with a resin in the uniformly substance-distributed state. CONSTITUTION:An ion-modified far IR light-radiating substance, e.g. cation- modified TiO2, SiO2, ZnO2, ZnO, ZrO2, Al2O3 or SnO2, is uniformly bound to the surfaces of wool fibers modified into a good hydrophilic property by removing a part of the cuticle layer by an oxidation treatment using e.g. chlorine. The treated wool is coated with a polyamide epichlorohydrin having an azetidinium cation capable of being bound to the modified wool fibers to obtain the wool product excellent in washing durability not lost even after repeatedly washed, and excellent in heat-insulating effect and light-resistant fastness.

The yarn is suitable for underwear or sport wear.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title evenly dense-colored product with high fastness by dyeing under specified conditions a knit fabric composed of worsted yarns produced by oxidation treatment of wool surface followed by shrink proofing with a specific resin. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, wool slivers are put to oxidative treatment with chlorine or oxygen, etc., to remove part of the cuticular layer on the surface and expose the hydrophilic inside layer, thus obtaining modified worsted yarns. Second, the yarns are put to shrink proofing with a polyamide epichlorohydrin resin to produce slivers, which are then spun into worsted yarns. Using the yarns, a knit with fabric is formed and then dyed in a boiling state in an alkaline dyeing solution containing such a compound as to gradually degrade in a boiling state and generate an acid (for the dye, acidic mordant, metal-contg., acidic super-milling dye, etc., is used), thus obtaining the objective evenly densecolored outerwear product with high fastness.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the drying and moisture-conditioning of the whole of fibrous products uniformly with reduced energy by a method wherein the moisture content of the fibrous product, coming out of hot-air drying process and before being introduced into high-frequency moisture-conditioning process, is detected and a hot-air temperature and/or the flow rate of the hot-air is regulated based on the detected result of the moisture content. CONSTITUTION:The moisture content of a sliver F after preliminary drying is detected by a moisture content sensor 9 immediately after coming out of a hot-air dryer 1 while the temperature of hot air in the hot-air dryer 1 is controlled by the feedback of the detected result. This control is effected by regulating the opening degree of a steam amount regulating valve 7 provided in a steam supplying pipeline 8 and, therefore, the supplying amount of heated steam, supplied into the steam supplying pipeline 8, is regulated and the heated steam is supplied into a hot-air dryer 1 from a heat exchanger 5 through a circulating pipeline 6. The sliver F, dried preliminary to a moisture content slightly higher than an objective moisture content by a hot-air dryer 1, in which the temperature of the hot-air is maintained in the optimum moisture centent in accordance with the fluctuation of the moisture content of a fibrous product in such a manner, is supplied subsequently to high-frequency moisture- conditioning process and internal heating as well as selecting heating may be effected by a high-frequency dryer 2.
