    • PURPOSE:To penetrate steel tubular piles without damage by a method in which a supporter for the rear end of an excavator, a hanger for the tip of the excavator, and a fixer to fix the excavator on a lengthwise given position in a steel tubular pile are provided. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 5 is provided connectedly by a top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, and a frame 4 with an excavator 1 hung down into a steel tubular pile P, and a turnable support frame 6 is also provided around the axis X of the central part of the plate 3. A hanging part 17 to direct a bit 10 down wards is provided to the upside of the plate 2 of the supporter 5, and couplers 17a are provided to fix wires 18. Around the supporter 5, wedge-type fixers 20 to fix the supporter 5 to the inside of the pile P and gripper-type fixers 21 to couple gripper 6 to the inside of the pile P by extending a cylinder device 28 are provided and operated to fix the excavator 1 and the supporter 5 to given positions. The pile P is set by one-time process. The pile P can thus be set without damage even into rockbed.

    • PURPOSE:To excavate a small diameter in the hard ground by moving an excavator fitted at the tip of a propelling pipe via an outer tube toward a working face via the rotation of an inner tube and the movement by the inner tube radius by a moving mechanism, and excavating the whole cross section of the working face. CONSTITUTION:The outer tube 2 of an excavator 6 is coupled and fitted to the tip of a propelling pipe 1, the excavator 6 is moved in parallel between tube shafts from the tube wall inner face of an inner tube 4 by the link member 10 of a moving mechanism 5, and the excavator 6 is rotated. The excavator 6 is advanced and retreated along a support guide 9 by a feed hydraulic cylinder 13, it is moved toward the whole cross section of the working face, and the whole cross section of the working face is flatly excavated. The holding angle of the excavator 6 is changed by a holding angle cylinder 12, and the working face in the outer peripheral direction of the outer tube 2 is excavated. The hard ground or a base rock with an extremely small cross section is easily excavated, a device is miniaturized, and it can be simply fitted or removed.

    • PURPOSE:To require no earthquake-proof structure by forming an earthquake- proof structure supporter with the preset number of cylindrical piles and beam members connecting their upper end sections together, and suspending a building with multiple suspending members suspended from beam members. CONSTITUTION:An earthquake-proof structure supporter 2 is formed with multiple number of cylindrical piles 3 erected on the ground and buried with lower sections in the ground and beam members 4 connecting their upper end sections together. Lower ends of multiple suspending members 5 suspended from beam members 4 are connected to a building 6 to suspend it at a preset space between it and the ground. The earthquake force applied to the earthquake-proof supporter 2 is absorbed by the connection section between suspending members 5 and beam members 4 or the building 6 not to be transmitted to the building 6. The building 6 is not required to have an earthquake-proof structure as before, and various ancillary equipment and facilities can be utilized by effectively utilizing hollow portions of cylindrical piles 3 as structures.

    • PURPOSE:To make a large amount of water storable for a small land and available in the case of power failure by providing a vertically long underground water tank with a water supply pipe and a water discharge pipe through which water is ordinarily filled therein and closing cutoff valves automatically in an emergency, so that a high pressure gas forces up the water in the water tan by pressure to carry it out therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A vertically long water tank 1 is buried deeply under the ground and provided with a water supply pipe 2 having an open end in the lower interior part of the tank and a discharge pipe 3. The water 5 stored therein is ordinarily used as service water. In an emergency such as earthquake, cutoff valves 7 and 8 are automatically closed and a manual opening and closing valve 10 and a faucet on a high pressure gas storage tank 12 are also opened to send the high pressure gas into the water tank 1 through a high pressure gas supply pipe 13, whereby the gas forces up the water 5 therein by pressure for carrying it out through an outlet pipe 9.
