The snowplow is provided with a flap state detection switch 71 for detecting that a flap 22 is directed in an approximately horizontal direction, and a control section 66 which switches the rotational speed of the engine 54 to a medium speed from a high one, when the auger clutch switch 43 detects the connection of the auger clutch 42 and the flap state detection switch 71 detects that the flap 22 is directed in the approximately horizontal direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking-type snowplow capable of suppressing fuel consumption.
      SOLUTION: In this walking-type snowplow, a machine body 11 is provided with an engine 54 which is equipped with an engine revolution sensor 63, a throttling valve 64, and a throttling valve control motor 65 for adjusting the amount of opening of the throttling valve 64; a leading end of the machine body 11 is provided with an auger 13 which is driven by the engine 54 so as to collect snow; and an auger clutch 42 for being engaged or disengaged in the transmission or nontransmission of power is provided between the auger 13 and the engine 54. An auger ground contact detection means 27 for detecting that the auger 13 is pressed against a ground surface 26 is provided near the auger. The engine 54 is provided with a control section 66 for switching the number of revolutions of the engine 54 to a high velocity revolution mode, when the auger clutch 42 is connected and the auger 13 is pressed against the ground surface 26.

A front end part 86b of a connecting rod 86 is slidably connected to the guide groove 89, and a rear end part 86a of the connecting rod 86 is connected to a backward travel restraining bar 31. In such a walking type snowplow 10, when the backward travel restraining bar 31 moves forward in the backward traveling state, a front end part 89a of the guide groove 89 is pressed by the front end part 86b of the connecting rod 86 to switch over to a neutral state from the backward traveling state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved walking type ridging machine for farm equipment, not requiring skill and experience for forming a ridge, and reducing the load on an operator.
      SOLUTION: This walking type ridging machine for the farm equipment having arc-shaped ridge-forming plates 81 and 87 attached to a power transmission device through supporting bars 61 so as to be symmetrical in the right and left directions has a linking rod 66 attached to the supporting bar 61 and positioned at the front side of the ridge-forming plates 81 and 87, and the linking rod 66 is linked to a link-receiving part mounted on the power transmission device side so as to be freely turnable in the right and left directions. The ridging machine can correct the advancing direction of the ridging machine even if the ridging plate loses the advancing direction because the moment applied to the ridging plate at the side losing the advancing direction and working so as to be returned in the advancing direction is larger than that in the other ridging plate. As a result, the formation of a straight ridge is facilitated without requiring the skill and the experience, and the load on the operator is reduced by facilitating the operation of the waking type farm equipment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the blower noise of a snow removing machine by suppressing the collision between wind and snow at the tongue-shaped portion thereby decreasing noise. SOLUTION: Main components of a blower housing 60 comprise a cylindrical portion 61 housing an impeller 32, a discharge section 62 extended from the cylindrical portion 61 along the tangent line, and a slope-shaped swelled groove 64 decreasing its swelling allowance D along the rotation (arrow mark 1) of the impeller 32 while the discharge section 62 is swelled outwardly at the cylindrical portion 61 side at the tongue-shaped portion 63 intersecting with the cylindrical portion 61. Thus, when the impeller 32 is rotated in an arrow direction 1, wind and snow with a centrifugal force given by the impeller 32 are sent to the tongue-shaped portion. Since the tongue-shaped portion 63 has a slope-shaped swelled groove 64, the wind and snow smoothly move to the cylindrical portion 61 along he swelled groove as shown by the arrow 2. Thus, at the tongue-shaped portion 63, the collision seen conventionally hardly occur any more and the collision is very minor even though it occurs.
