摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a uniform heating and melting of ash by a method wherein occurrence of bridge within a hopper or adhesion and solidification of ash against the hopper, a pushing device and an ash supplying port are prevented. CONSTITUTION:Ash is fed into a forming mold of a pressing machine and pressurized there to form an ash block 12, thereafter this ash block 12 is supplied by a pushing device 9 into an ash melting furnace 6. With such an arrangement, the solid ash is pushed into the pushing device 9 in sequence to cause a hopper to be eliminated and then a pushing force can be uniformly transmitted and the ash block is hardly melted at its supplying part and also the block is not adhered to its supplying part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a melting furnace which is bearable for use of a long period of time and the melting of inorganic solid substance such as ash efficiently and evenly. CONSTITUTION:In a melting furnace which heats ash to melt. a weir part 46 is formed on a bottom wall part 45 of a furnace body 41 and a melting tank 47 is formed at the bottom of the furnace body 41. Electrodes 48 and 49 are arranged inside the melting tank to heat the ash accumulated in the melting tank, a ceiling section of the furnace body 41 positioned above a discharge port 44 and the weir part 6 is formed semi-circular protruding upward at the center thereof and a main burner 53 for heating is arranged on the semi-circular ceiling section 50. The burning with the heating burner 53 is directed askew downward to a liquid surface of the ash positioned below the end part biased to the feed port of the curved ceiling section 50. Thus, a circulation flow (a) is generated in the melted ash in the melting tank 47 to keep melting condition better.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of an unburnt content and to remove gas, such as sulfur oxide and hydrogen chloride, by injecting mixture fluid, in which fine powder of calcium hydroxide and/or calcium carbonate are mixed, to the interior of a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A fine powder feeder 12 in which fine powder of calcium hydroxide and/or calcium carbonate is contained and a cooling air feeding device 13 are connected to a nozzle 10 through a mixer 11. Fine powder in the fine powder mixer 12 is sucked by means of compressed air passing through an ejector 14 and sucked out to the mixer 11. In the mixer, the fine powder is mixed with at least gas of at least one kind selected from air fed from the cooling air feeding device 13, steam, inactive gas, and combustion exhaust gas and the mixture is injected through the nozzle 10. This method reduces an amount of an unburnt content in exhaust gas and suppresses discharge of toxic gas, such as SO2 and HCl.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize a combustion state and prevent clinker from being generated by a method wherein a small diameter part forming a drying zone is provided with a feeding hopper for feeding materials to be ignited and a primary air supplying port and a stepped part between a large diameter part and the small diameter part forming a combustion zone is provided with a secondary air supplying port and an injection water nozzle in such a manner that they are directed downwardly. CONSTITUTION:A furnace main body 1 supported by a rotary supporting roller 11 is comprised of a small diameter part 2 forming a drying zone A and a large diameter part 3 forming a combustion zone B. An end plate 5 at the small diameter part 2 is provided with a hopper 12 for use in feeding the combustion material C and a primary air supplying port 13. An annular wall 4 serving as a stepped part between the small diameter part 2 and the large diameter part 3 is provided with a secondary air supplying port 14 and an atomization water nozzle 15 in such a manner that they are directed downwardly. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to attain a positive combustion and to prevent clinker caused by molten ashes from being generated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of combustion, substantially reduce a not-yet burned component and accomplish a complete combustion by a method wherein a secondary air to be supplied into an incinerator is heated. CONSTITUTION:Dusts R fed from a hopper 5 into an incinerator are placed on a grating 1 at a bottom part in a primary combustion chamber 2 and then ignited by a primary air supplied from below the grating 1. Primary combustion gas generated in this way is further burned with a secondary air supplied from a nozzle 6 arranged in a secondary combustion chamber 3. At this time, as the primary air, air of normal temperature is used and as the secondary air, heated air is used. Heating of the secondary air is carried out through an indirect heat exchanging operation between steam acting as a heat source and the secondary air. A heating temperature of the secondary air is controlled such that a secondary combustion temperature is sensed by a temperature sensor 7 at a downstream side of the secondary combustion chamber and either a heating source temperature or a heating source flow rate is adjusted by the sensed signal.

A flange 11a is connected through an orifice-shaped first adaptor 13 for changing the distribution ratio to a flange 12a disposed at one end of a secondary fuel supply pipe 12 the other end of which is connected to a secondary fuel nozzle 5. Similarly, a second branch pipe 14 is provided and is connected to a tertiary fuel supply pipe 15 through a second adaptor 16.
