The plurality of members includes a substrate and a bond member, in which the substrate is composed of a highly conductive metal and the bonded member is composed of a highly conductive metal having a cup-shape. The sticking deposition layer is a contact layer containing a fire-resistant metal or compound and a highly conductive metal. One surface of the substrate and the cup-shaped open end of the bonded member are bonded by thermal and mechanical alloying.
