    • PURPOSE:To eliminate vibration while a disk is revolved and to miniaturize a disk revolving device as a whole by providing an accelerometer and a phase detector for a rotor at a stator part and attaching a balance weight attachment plate to the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A disk 45 containing a screw holes 40 formed equidistantly at the outer cirumferential part of the disk 45 is attached at a place near a disk 31 of a rotor shaft 32. A revolving position detector of the shaft 32 contains a disk 42 having a notch fixed to the shaft 32 and a detector 43 fixed to a stator 36. An accelerometer 44 is attached under the stator 36 to measure the vibration occurring in the direction of an arrow 46. Then the disk 31 is fixed to the rotor 32 and revolved, and the vibration generated by the unbalance due to the eccentricity of revolution of the disk 31 are transmitted to the stator 36 via a static pressure air bearing 35. The level of the vibration is detected by the accelerometer 44 to decide an unbalance degree. Furthermore the position is measured by a phase detector for said unbalance degree on the rotor shaft 32. Then a screw of a prescribed level of weight is attached to the corresponding hole 40 to eliminate the unbalance.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce burden applied to a tracking servo mechanism so that the tracking can be more stabilized by controlling the position of a magneto-optical tape by optically checking the movement of the tape in a lateral direction while the tape is run. CONSTITUTION:Optical tapes 1a and 1b are wound around a cylinder composed of an upper and lower stators 3a and 3b by means of guide rollers 2a and 2b and guided by a guide belt so that the tapes 1a and 1b can be run through normal positions. Bisected photodetectors 5a and 5b are provided on the stator 3b above the belt 4 and irradiated by light from light sources 6a and 6b. Light-transmissive section 7a and 7b are provided on the optical tapes 1 at the same interval as that between the detectors 5a and 5b. Therefore, when it is discriminated that the tapes 1 are dislocated from the normal positions from the light-transmissive sections 7a and 7b when the sections pass over the detectors 5a and 5b, the detectors 5a and 5b output a differential signal which is proportional to the dislocated quantity of the tapes 1. When the differential signal is outputted, the tapes 1 are returned to the normal positions by expanding or contracting piezo-electric elements 10a and 10b. Therefore, the burden applied to a tracking servo mechanism can be reduced and the tracking is more stabilized.

A control circuit 8 generates a timing pulse at a time interval T corresponding to the fixed distance (d). The interval of the timing pulses is changed in accordance with the variation of the moving speed of the tape 1. The variation of the traveling speed of the tape 1 in each fixed time DELTAt is measured by the laser Doppler interferometer 7 and the measured value is fed back to the control circuit 8. Thus, the track can be stably tracked.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately detect the rotating position of a rotor by converting the counterelectromotive signal of each phase winding through a filter into a sinusoidal voltage signal having substantially constant phase difference to the rotating position of a rotor and commutating a drive current by the signal. CONSTITUTION:Counterelectromotive voltage signals 20-b, 20c, 20a of phases are converted into sinusoidal signals 21-b, 21-c, 21-a of 90 deg. delay via a filter 9, become counterelectromotive signals 22-a, 22-b, 22-c for phases (a)-(c) through a comparator 10, and inputted to a changeover switch 13 together with 3-phase synchronizing signals 23-a-23-c obtained through a shift register 12 from an oscillator 11. The signals 23-a-23-c are selected at the starting time and the signals 22-a-22-c are selected at the normal time by a conversion signal 28 from an instructing circuit 14, and converted to 6-phase commutator element commutation control signals 25-a-26-c by a logic circuit 15.
