摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor information possessing device with which monitor information can be supplied only to a monitoring person without utilizing a call setting information. SOLUTION: At a monitor information possessing device 2, a network interface part 60 sets a communication line corresponding to a call setting request from a monitoring device 1. After the communication line is set, an access managing part 62 measures a fixed period and compares a password received from the monitoring device 1 with an internally set present password. When these passwords are coincident, a CPU 61 changes over a switch 66 and transmits image/voice information inputted by a monitor information input part 24 to the monitoring device 1. When the passwords are not coincident or when the passwords are not compared within that fixed period, the communication line is disconnected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To code a picture signal with a high coding efficiency by exchanging the order of two kinds of arithmetic operations. CONSTITUTION:An input picture signal is fed to a terminal 10 and at first transformed into a DCT coefficient by a DCT arithmetic circuit 20. Then the DCT coefficient of an input picture outputted from the DCT arithmetic circuit 20 and a DCT coefficient of a preceding screen stored in a frame memory 70 are subtracted at a DCT coefficient domain by a subtractor 30 and the result is outputted as a difference. The difference is quantized by a quantizer 40 and outputted as a quantized value to be sent to an output terminal 80. On the other hand, the quantized value is fed also to an inverse quantizer 50 and decoded into the difference. The difference is fed to the DCT coefficient of the preceding screen from the frame memory 70 by an adder 60 and a new prediction DCT coefficient is generated. Thus, the input picture is at first transformed into the DCT coefficient and the inter-frame difference calculation is executed at the DCT coefficient to attain high speed processing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate need for manual adjustment by decreasing a clock rate into 1/n for the connection to other package via a connector and reconstituting the rate into a clock rate caused in the package at a receiver side automatically. CONSTITUTION:A bit width of the output of output highways(HW)1A, 1B at the output side of a switch LSI is twice than the output of an output HW 16 and the output is connected to a switch LSI of other package via a connector whose passing signal speed is low. When the input signals via a connector are connected to the input HW1A, HW1B at the input side of the switch LSI, till data of both A, B are coincident, a selector SEL of 1/2 operation input highway sections 1, 2 is controlled and when they are coincident, the selector is made stable in this state. The output is entirely the same as the arrangement of a parallel data from the input HW16, multiplexed and written in a memory SPM. Thus, manual adjustment of the delay time is not required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To urge a natural circulation and to enhance a long term cooling capability of a reactor core and also to enable a maintained flooding of the core, by concentrating a water injection outside a shroud by using an emergency core cooling system. CONSTITUTION:An emergency core cooling system consists of a high pressure spray system 11, a low pressure injection system 8, a residual heat removal system 12 and a cooling system during a reactor isolation. All openings of water injections are located outside of a reactor core shroud 5 which is placed inside of a reactor pressure vessel 1, and are located higher than an upper end of a reactor core 3. An emergency core cooling water is injected in between the shroud 5 in the vessel 1 and the vessel 1 itself to urge a flowing along with a flowing direction of a natural circulation in the vessel 1 and also to urge a core cooling for a long term cooling at a loss of coolant accident. Moreover, because openings of injection for an emergency core cooling water are located higher than an upper part of the reactor core, a water level outside the shroud 5 by the injected water can be maintained at a high level and a two phases water level inside the shroud 5 can be maintained high accordingly, therewith a flooding of the core can be firmly maintained.
