摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of steam generated from a rice cooker without deteriorating the taste of the cooked rice, and also to allow the collected droplets of the steam to be used for humidification during heat insulation.SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: a body 1; an inner pot 2 to be removably stored in the body 1; a heating means 4 for heating the inner pot 2; and an outer lid 3 covering the top of the body 1. The outer lid 3 includes: an inner lid 6 which covers a top opening of the inner pot 2; a pressure regulating valve 8 which is arranged in the inner lid 6 and maintains a prescribed pressure in the inner pot 2; a steam path 9 which discharges the steam generated in the inner pot 2 to the outside through the pressure regulating valve 8; and a steam recovery unit 10 which recovers the steam 23 before it is discharged to the outside from the pressure regulating valve 8 by way of the steam path 9. The steam recovery unit 10 comprises an upper case 10a and a lower case 10b. The upper case 10a is provided with a space 21 which is surrounded by frames which droop from the top surface and where the steam 23 stays. A heat absorption part 20 is arranged on the upper part side of the space 21.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce steam generated from a rice cooker without losing taste of boiled rice and use the droplet of collected steam is used for humidification under thermal insulation.SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: an inner pot 2; an outside lid 3; an inner lid 6; a pressure regulating valve 8; a steam path 9 which draws generated steam; a steam recovery unit 10 which collects steams. A lower case 10b of the steam recovery unit 10 has a water return hole 10p from which water which steam dewed returns in the steam path 9. In the inner lid 6, a water cradle 6h which receives dewed water returned to the steam path part 9 is provided. The water cradle 6h has an inner pot water return hole 6b which communicates with inside of the inner pot 2 and a ramp 6a which leads water toward the inner pot water return hole 6b and concentrates the water. In the inner lid water return hole 6b, a valve 6c is prepared, which is closed when the pressure inside of the inner pot 2 is higher than the atmospheric pressure and opened when it is low. A water saucer 6d which receives the water from the inner pot water return hole 6b is prepared at a lower surface of the inner lid 6, and a hole 6e which communicates to inside of the inner pot 2 is prepared in the water saucer 6d.
