摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent waste of power by arranging a DC feeder rail and armature coils, with a predetermined pitch, in the longitudinal direction of a stator whereas arranging permanent magnets, a current collector and a distributor on a mover and then feeding power only to a corresponding armature coil. CONSTITUTION:A printed wiring board 11 having U-shaped cross section is arranged, through a back plate 10, on the inside of a rail case 3 having U-shaped cross section thus forming a stator 1 in the longitudinal direction. A feeder rail 13 and armature coils 7 are formed, with a predetermined pitch, in the longitudinal direction of the wiring board 11. Grooves 6a in a mobile truck 6, i.e., a mover 2, are fitted to the guide protrusions 3a at the opposite ends of the rail case 3 so that the mobile truck can move in the longitudinal direction. A pair of permanent magnets 4 magnetized with reverse polarities are mounted on the mobile truck 6 with pitch(p). Current is collected from the rail 13 through a current collecting brush 15 on the truck 6 and fed through a connecting conductor 16 to a distribution brush 14 thus feeding power only to the commutator 12 of an armature coil 7 corresponding to a permanent magnet 4. Pitch of the armature coil 7 is set at 2/3p.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress flexural oscillation and to reduce the noise made in travelling without increasing the rigidity of a moving piece by being equipped with auxiliary wheels to keep the air gap between a pair of moving piece yokes standing in aline one behind another. CONSTITUTION:A T-shaped wheel support 11 that installs auxiliary wheels 10 at the tip is fixed between moving piece yokes 3 and 4 standing in aline one behind another on a rail 1. With the auxiliary wheels 10 a linear pulse motor is supported at three points in front, rear and center (the number of wheels are six). On that account, the supporting span between wheels will be about 1/2 and the deflection caused by magnetic attractive force is reduced to about 1/4 with the rigidity of the rail 1 and a moving piece 2 being identical. Consequently, the degree of mechanical contact of the pole teeth 9a of the moving piece 2 with the pole tooth train 1a of the rail 1 is decreased. The noise produced in contact is also reduced remarkably.

Then, an exciting coil 11 is put from below housing 12 to the pole teeth 10 of the poles 4, 5. Traveling wheels 2 are attached by inserting an axle to the axial bore 14 of the housing 12. Since the teeth 20 are inserted to the opening 13 of the housing 12 to be assembled, the poles 4, 5 can be assembled at correct position by securing a gap (g) of a predetermined size. Since the wheels 2 contacting rails are attached separate from the poles 4, 5, a magnetic leakage amount can be remarkably reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To constitute easily a continuous mixing and stirring device by a controlling means for heating a working piece prior to starting of said piece in order to decrease the viscosity of the liquid handled by controlling the supply of power sources to said means without using any external means such as heaters. CONSTITUTION:When a metal is placed in an AC magnetic field, an eddy current flows therein and the metal evolves heat. Therefore, when the output of a frequency converter 22 is supplied as a high frequency current to shifting magnetic field generators 23,24, a large calorific value is obtd. in a vessel 25 itself when the vessel is made of a metal and in a working piece made of a metal when the vessel is a non-metal, by which the liquid to be treated is heated. The output of the converter 22 is supplied as a low frequency current to the generators 23, 24 in the stage of driving the working piece. The need for external means for heating is thus eliminated and the continuous mixing and stirring device which treats the plural vessels successively is easily constituted.
