      SOLUTION: The laminate has a paper substrate having a smoothed surface, a printing layer for peeling formed on the smoothed surface of the paper substrate, and the extruded thermoplastic resin layer laminated peelably between layers with the printing layer for peeling by extruding/applying a thermoplastic resin on the printing layer for peeling.
