摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a pillar-like decorative material by positively transferring transfer sheet to a three-dimensional uneven face. SOLUTION: The transfer layer side of a transfer S made up of a support and a transfer layer is positioned opposite to the uneven face side of a pillar-like base B to which a pattern is transferred, and a solid particle P jetted from injectors 1, 1a, 1b is caused to run into the support side of the transfer sheet S. After bringing the transfer sheet S into close contact with the base B under pressure by the impact pressure, a pillar-like decorative material is obtained by peeling the support. In the case, transfer sheet S is temporarily fixed at least, to the lateral face of the base B with the help of temporarily fastening roller Ra, Rb, and later, the impact pressure of the solid particle P jetted from the injectors 1a, 1b is applied to the support side of the transfer sheet S.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a decorative material using a transfer process by causing a transfer sheet to follow way deep inside the interior of a recessed part on the three-dimensional uneven face without breaking the transfer and setting a form of the sheet. SOLUTION: The transfer layer 2 side of a transfer sheet S made up of a support 1 and the transfer layer 2 is positioned opposite to the uneven face side of a base B to which a pattern is transferred and a solid particle P is caused to run into the support 1 side of the transfer sheet S. Further, the transfer sheet S is caused to come into contact with the base B under pressure by the impact pressure, and after bringing the transfer sheet S into contact with the base B, the support 1 is peeled and removed by an adhesive layer A provided on either of the transfer sheet S or the base B or both of them. Consequently, a decorative material D with the transfer layer 2 transferred to the base B is obtained. In this case, the support 1 of the transfer sheet S is composed mainly of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer.

SOLUTION: The transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S made up of a support and a transfer layer is positioned opposite to the uneven face of a base B to which a pattern is transferred, and a solid particle P jetted from an injector 3 is caused to run into the support side of the transfer sheet S. Further, after bringing the transfer sheet S into contact with the base B under pressure by the impact pressure, the support is peeled to obtain a decorative material. In this case, a stretch from a top part 1b where the injector 3 for injecting the solid particle P is arranged upto a terminal end part 2 positioned near the end of the transfer sheet S, is a reflective face whose inner surface is almost smooth. In addition, the terminal end part 2 has a gap G with the transfer sheet S, and the solid particle P is caused to spew out from the top part 1b and run into the transfer sheet S on the inner side of a reflective wall 1, using the reflective wall 1 installed inside the end part of the transfer sheet S and outside the end part of the base B. The impact pressure is applied while the solid particle P is restrained from finding its way around the back to the transfer layer side of the transfer sheet S and the base B side.

SOLUTION: A transfer sheet S having a support and a transfer layer is opposed at its transfer layer side to an uneven surface side of a base material B to be transferred. Solid particles P ejected from an ejector 3 are collided with a support side of the sheet S, and the sheet S is brought into pressure contact with a base material 8 to be transferred by their colliding pressure. Then, in the case of peeling the support to obtain a decorative material, solid particles not collided directly with the sheet are received and reflected at a reflecting part 1a of a reflecting wall 1 provided at an end side of the sheet, collided o the sheet. And, a retaining part 2 extended from the part 1a to the base material side is made to approach the side where the material is not transferred, and the end of the sheet is sandwiched between the part 2 and the material. Thus, scattering of the particles to a part except the support is suppressed, and collision pressure of the particles is applied while suppressing the particles P to be turned to a rear side of the transfer layer side and material side.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably perform a transfer to a three-dimensional irregular surface by using a moisture curing type heat-sensitive fluxing type adhesive for an adhesion to a transferred base material of a transfer layer when a solid particle is crashed from a rear surface side of the transfer sheet into an irregular surface of the transferred base material to perform a transfer to an irregular surface. SOLUTION: A transferred base material 1 is carried in a chamber 16 of a pressure application part 6 after an evaporation component of a prime coat application effected by a base material application apparatus 40 is dried by a drying apparatus 41. On the other hand, a transfer sheet 3 is introduced into the chamber 16 after a moisture curing type heat-sensitive fluxing type adhesive is applied to a transfer layer surface by an adhesive application apparatus 20. In this chamber 16, a solid particle 5 is crashed into the transfer sheet 3 preheated by a heater 30 from a blow-off nozzle 15 arranged in series. The transfer sheet 3 is pressure-welded to the transferred base material 1 by the crashed pressure and followed-up an irregular surface shape of the transferred base material 1 by the deformation of the transfer sheet 3 to be bonded by an adhesive. Thereafter, the solid particle 5 is collected from a drain pipe 17 to a hopper 12.
