摘要：【課題】ふきこぼれた鍋内容物が鍋に接しながら、かつ、電極の直上のトッププレートに到達すると、電導性を有する水を主体とするふきこぼれ物を介して鍋に流れる渦電流が、電極と所定電位間で構成される容量を充電するので、高周波電圧を印加しても、高周波電圧は減衰せず、静電容量測定手段で測定した静電容量が小さくなったように観測され、正しくふきこぼれが検知できない可能性がある。
【解決手段】静電容量測定手段が測定した静電容量が基準値に対して所定値以上増加または減少した場合にふきこぼれと判定して加熱コイルの駆動を停止するか、投入電力を下げる。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of detecting a boiling over with less cost and space. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises an electrode arranged on the rear surface of a top plate in such a way that an air layer does not exist between the top plate, a capacitance measuring means for measuring a capacitance between the electrode and a predetermined potential, a control circuit for controlling a driving circuit in accordance with a measurement result by the capacitance measuring means, and an operation section in a capacitance type to determine whether or not an operation command is done in accordance with the variation of capacitance. The electrode is being pressed to the rear surface of the top plate by a spring structure, and also serves as a capacitance measuring means, as a part of capacitance measuring circuit of the operation unit or as a substrate.
