    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type awning with windows for an automobile comprising the rear windows having backward side face windows on both sides and an upper window in the vicinity above a driver's seat mounted on a series of folding type awning of an open car. SOLUTION: An upper front frame member 2a and an upper rear frame member 2b sectioning a series of folding type awning 1 into the upper front awning 1a, the upper rear awning 1b and the back inclined awning 1c and respectively holding the upper front awning and both side faces of a vehicle 5 of the upper rear awning section are mounted. A standingly mounting frame member 2c covering a door window rear standingly mounting side part of the back inclined awning spreading to both sides is formed. An upper window 1d is formed in the center of the upper front awning and a rear window 1e is formed in the center of the back inclined awning. Rear side windows 1f, 1f' are respectively arranged on both car body side face sides of the rear window spaced with an awning interval of a predetermined distance. Thus this folding type awning with windows for the automobile having a folding means 3 allowing folding to a car body rear part lower side is secured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning device for a vehicle having a favorable operation property and high reliability. SOLUTION: An awning bow 12 positioned on the last end side in the front/ rear direction of a car body in awning bow members 10, 11, and 12 is so constituted as being linked with the operation of a side member 2 via a cam mechanism Y disposed between the awning bow 12 and the side member 2. By this constitution, though a sliding resistance of the cam mechanism Y operates to the operation of the side member 2 as the operation resistance force, the operation resistance force by the sliding resistance of the cam mechanism Y is extremely small, for example, compared with a case where a spring force of a spring ring directly applies thereto as the operation resistance force so that the operation property of the awning device is improved by lightly developing the awning bow mechanism by a small operation force and the cost can be reduced by capable of miniaturizing and reducing the strength of the lock mechanism locked to the car body side in the unfolding state of the awning device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically, continuously manufacture a square cylindrical self- supporting bag and to enhance a sealing strength of a bottom surface material to a high strength. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a square cylindrical self-supporting bag comprises the steps of intermittently supplying a strip-like cylindrical material 1A at each unit length, forming a cut 6 at a rear surface material 3 and both side face materials 4 in the state that a front surface material 2 is retained, folding a cut edge 6a by a width of a folding flute of the side face material, superposing a bottom surface material 5 on an opening surface 9, heat sealing only at both side edges of the material 5 to the surface 9, folding back a folding piece 7 to the original state together with the material 5, heat sealing the two edges of the material 5 to the surface 9, and separating a bag body Y mounting the material 5 from the material 1A. Thus, the bags are continuously manufactured, and its working accuracy is improved. Further, an outer periphery of the bottom surface material is heat sealed over the over all periphery to a high strength.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a good water permeability by connecting an elastic layer to a block layer by means of an anchor member having a projection at a specified position of its planar base plate.
SOLUTION: This board 1 comprises an elastic layer 2 composed of an elastic member with a permeability and a block layer 3 composed of concrete or asphalt. An anchor member 3 is constituted of a planar mesh member in the view of securing a permeability, wherein a cut portion is formed at a specified position of a base portion 4b of the mesh member, and a projection 4a is formed by bending the cut portion from its root to protrude from the mesh plane. By means of this anchor member 4, a good connection between the layers 2, 3 is attained even if the bonding relation therebetween is not good. Thereby, a good permeability is maintained in the case the elastic layer with permeability and the concrete or asphalt layer are used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by welding a small steel column to an upper part of a large steel column interposing a two-stepped connection column comprising a cubic column part and a pyramidal column part, and welding a wide flange beam to an outer periphery of the cubic column part. SOLUTION: A two-stepped connection column 3 is arranged on an upper part of an erected large steel column 1, and a diaphragm 311 provided on a lower part of its cubic column part 31 is fixed by welding to an upper edge of the steel column 1. A small steel column 2 is erected on a pyramidal column part 32 in which the connection column 3 is 50-150 mm in height, and its lower edge is fixed by welding to a diaphragm 321. Then, a wide flange beam in which an end face of a web 41 is cut at right angle and protruded is brought into contact with the right outer periphery of the cubic column part 31. The diaphragm 311 provided on upper and lower parts of the cubic column part 31 is connected by welding with upper and lower flanges 42 of the beam 4. In addition, the beam is connected to the left outer periphery of the cubic column part 31, and the diaphragms 311, 321 are connected to the flange 42. The cost is reduced thereby.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively form a regular embossed pattern and obtain a partially different embossed pattern, by applying a synthetic resin giving the embossed pattern to a surface of nonwoven fabric or impregnating it with the resin, also applying embossing work to a surface of a pressing metal mold, and forming the embossed pattern in a product. SOLUTION: In a core material 1, glass fiber mats 1a, 1a are pasted to each other in obverse/reverse both surfaces of a hard polyurethane form, so as to provide strength. A reverse/obverse side nonwoven fabric 2, 3 is fixed together to the obverse/reverse of the core material 1 respectively by a bonding agent, a general purpose use resin of polyester or the like for giving an embossed pattern 4 at press molding time is applied to a surface or it is impregnated with the resin, in the surface side nonwoven fabric 3. This embossed pattern 4 is formed by applying embossing work to a surface of a pressing metal mold. In order to apply the embossing work to the metal mold, a publicly-known etching method is utilized, the work is facilitated, in addition to forming a total surface uniform embossed pattern, forming a partially different pattern is also made easily capable.
