    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform steps for tall and short conveyed objects in the same line, to eliminate the need for elevating driving devices in the number corresponding to the number of elevating devices, and to reduce the depth of a pit in the step for the short object.
      SOLUTION: In this truck with an elevating function 1, the height of a conveyance table 4 can be varied from a low position L to a high position H. The truck includes a conveyance table supporting means 5 supporting the conveyance table 4 in parallel with a base 2 in a linearly elevating manner, and an elevating rod 11 with its upper end supporting the conveyance table 4 from below and its lower end equipped with a rolling element 15, which is protruded to the lower side of the base 2. The rolling element 15 of the elevating rod 11 is arranged along a cam rail CR provided in the lower side of the base 2, thereby elevating the conveyance table 4 supported by the elevating rod 11 according to the height of the cam rail CR. The lower part 13 of the elevating rod 11 can be bent around a joint 14 when the elevating operation is not conducted.

The rails are connected to each other by the rail connecting member 6 furnished with a groove to hold top parts of the rail vertical parts.

The entrance door 20 consists of two doors and is in an expansion piece opening type. A turning drive mechanism 15 allows an annular member 14 to project on the lower surface of a floor 10a in the car, and is turned by a friction roller 19 that is energized and brought into contact with the peripheral surface. In a control mechanism 50, a function for simultaneously using elevation operation and turning operation and completes the turning before the car 10 reaches the front of an adjacent floor.
