    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation and sound shielding properties while making carriage and work easier by reducing the weight by providing an air discharging hole at a proper place of a panel sealed by adhering a surfacing material to both the surfaces of a core material in which many small cells are formed with honeycomb core or the like thereby making a vacuum state inside of the panel.
      SOLUTION: Many small cells are formed with a honeycomb core or the like, steel surfacing materials 2, 2 are adhered and sealed to both the surfaces of a core material 1 having a compressive strength capable of withstanding a pushing force acting to the surface thereby forming a panel. Both side ends and upper end are deflected thereby forming edges 3, 3, the edge 3a of the surface material 2a and the edge 3b of the surface material 2b at the opposite side are connected together without creating gap, tips of both ends 3a, 3b are mutually welded or adhered with seal. And an air vent hole 5 is made at one corner of the upper end surface 4 of the panel, a vacuum pump is connected and air is removed from the inside of the panel to keep a vacuum state inside the panel.

Therefore, a heat and sound insulating panel containing an infinite number of fine voids inside can be formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a partition to a required rail by vertically moving guide bodies equipped in traveling tools of both upper ends of the partition by control parts to bring the guide bodies into contact with a guide block provided at a diverging part of a partitioning rail or not to bring them into contact with it. SOLUTION: Guide bodies 8a, 8b are provided at two upper front and rear positions of traveling tools 6, 6 of both upper end sides of a partition 3 to make them vertically movable by control parts 9 such as a lever or the like. Guide blocks are provided at the upper side of the diverting part of rails. When the guide bodies 8a, 8b are raised by the control parts 9, the guide bodies 8a, 8b are forced to butt the guide blocks and the advancing direction of the traveling tools 6, 6 is bent. Further, when the guide bodies 8a, 8b are not raised, as they do not butt the guide blocks, the traveling tools 6, 6 advance straight. In this way, when a plurality of partitioning rails are laid, even if different guide bodies are not attached at every partition 3, the partition 3 can be conducted into a specified partitioning rail.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect the lower ends of panels and adjust the height by arranging an adjuster device at the lower end of adjacent panels to support both panels and connect both lower ends of the panels and using one adjuster device between the panels. SOLUTION: An adjuster screw 2 is screwed in the center of the bottom plate 3 of a panel receive 1 and a vertical sash forming a frame for a panel is provided at the bottom plate 3 to not only support the panel but also position it. Vertical pieces 4 provided with slit grooves 7 are formed at the front and rear sides of the bottom plate 3. That is, the vertical sash can support panels in the state both vertical pieces 4 of the panel receive 1 are fitted to the lower end openings. The vertical sashes of adjacent panels are mounted, positioned, and supported on the panel receive 1. The vertical sashes of both panels are mounted on the same panel receive 1 and supported. Accordingly, both panels can be supported by one adjuster device and hence the number of adjusters can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply take in or out a movable partition hanger from indoor side by providing an opening by cutting the lower portion of a ceiling rail. SOLUTION: Part of a lower end and a side piece of a ceiling rail 1 is notched to a size permitting the take-in and take-out of a partition hanger thereby making an opening 5. An end receiver 2 is attached as a cover to the opening 5 thereby preventing it from being seen from the inside of room. The end receiver 2 has a two arms 13 vertically standing from bottom plates, and an attaching portion 14 for screwing to a rail upper piece is provided at the upper end of the arm 13. Then, a ceiling rail 1 having the opening 5 has a low strength, and thus a rail stiffener 3 having a channel-shaped cross section which is capable of holding the ceiling rail 1 is attached. A rail attaching portion is formed to a rail stiffener 3 for suspending the ceiling rail 1 from the ceiling. Thus, loose fit of a partition hanger to the ceiling rail 1 can be performed inside a room, and also it can be taken out from the opening if a trouble occurs.
