    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization of a motor without deteriorating the performance of the motor by reducing the weight and volume of a field magnet and by arranging the magnet without waste, in a small motor of polygonal-shape outline used from the viewpoints of the anti-rotation of a motor itself and space efficiency.
      SOLUTION: The field magnet of four poles or more is attached to the inside circumferential surface of a metal motor casing. The motor casing forms its side surface into a polygonal shape in such a way that flat side surface portions in the same number with the number of magnetic poles are continuously connected to plane-shape or curved-shape corner portions in the same number positioned at the corners between the side surface portions. The field magnet is made thin at the positions corresponding to the side surface portions, while being made thick at the positions corresponding to the corner portions, and fixed in such a way as to be pressed to the inside circumferential side of the corner portions by matching the center position of the corner portions of the motor casing and that of the field magnet.

      SOLUTION: A motor part and a reduction gear part formed by accommodating in a gear case a metal worm connected to a motor shaft of the motor part and a worm wheel meshed with the worm, are integrally assembled. When the motor shaft rotates, the rotation leads to the reduced rotation of the worm wheel through the medium of a metal worm, thereby driving an external output shaft coupled to the worm wheel. The metal worm is finished by form rolling only. The worm wheel is formed by molding polyacetal taken as its material. The advancement angle of the worm gear falls between 3° and 3°30".

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by coping with adjustment of the number of reduction stages by using common parts in such a way that a plurality of stages of gear units are separately provided to be integrally fixed without using tightening members such as screws.
      SOLUTION: In this device, a ring gear having an internal gear in inner diameter of a cylinder, a planetary gear disposed to be engaged with the internal gear, and a sun gear disposed at a center to be engaged with the planetary gear are provided to compose a gear unit for each stage. A plurality of the stages are fixed between a drive motor and a bearing housing. The ring gear is provided with a plurality of T-shaped arms, provided at an interval in the circumference on one axial end, with the tip side enlarged. In the circumference on the other axial end, an engagement part is provided for the T-shaped arms of an adjoining ring gear to be engaged and fixed. By thus composing the ring gear to be engaged with another, a plurality of stages of the gear units can be coupled to be integrally removable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stable feeding in which a finger is hard to hook for inducing deformation of a spring terminal when handing a motor, a sufficient spring pressure and a contact stability are assured, and the terminal does not belly up even if the spring terminal is accidentally pressurized to the motor side by more than required. SOLUTION: The motor is provided with a pair of spring terminals which receives a prescribed voltage from an external feeding part contacted under the elastic force of the spring. One end side of the pair of spring terminals is connected and fixed to a brush terminal part on the rear end side of the motor while the other end side is provided with a grounding part that contacts the external feeding part. The pair of spring terminals comprises a first part which extends in the direction almost perpendicular to the output shaft from a motor case lid fixed to the back end of the motor case and is bent at the part away from the motor body and then extended inward at angles, a second part which is protruded outward through a U-like bent part, and a third part wherein a tip part is bent inward and extended.
